"Amazing place to stay! Everything was beautiful and the food was great"

"When we arrived to the hotel, they informed us there was a storm and they lost power. That is understandable, however they provided no alternative or directions on where we could sleep that night. They only said they were closed and couldn't support or help us in any way. We had driven 3 hours from Edimburgh and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night with very limit knowledge of the area and very poor international phone internet, sitting in a parking lot. "The Ronebhal Guest House was amazing from the view out our room window to the wonderful shower!! There were many special touches too, like bathrobes and snacks. We even saw seals and otters out the window while enjoying a little scotch and were able to sleep so well!! Additionally, the owners were so sweet!! We would definitely stay there anytime we are in the area!!"

"Wonderful hosts whom made us a late request dinner. Rooms were clean and neat and everything was well decorated and functioning. A very nice breakfast as well. A minute to the ferry to Isle of Mull giving plenty of time for a day exploring Duart castle and Tobermorey. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely views of Loch Awe. The driver wasn’t so happy about the long single track road but the other two enjoyed the solitude and quiet at the end of the road. Rooms are comfortable and all different."

"We enjoyed use of kitchen /dining space, which included tea, coffee, and proper dishes and utensils. We could store extra food in the refrigerator. The warming closet to hang up wet clothes was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. View of lake was lovely. Host was attentive. Great stepping off point for hiking."
