"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

The combination of an amazing walk on the doorstep, private swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax in and a quiet location made this everything we were looking for when trying to find the perfect relaxing weekend break. The hosts were friendly and on hand if we needed anything. The house and swimming pool were spotlessly clean and well maintained. An overall 5 star experience! Looking forward to returning again soon!"

"The Parlour: this is a clean, comfortable, very well equipped little place to stay. Do be aware that it is quite remote, reached up several very narrow country roads. We couldn't get any phone signal and the wi-fi doesn't work in or immediately outside the cottage. Kate gave us a warm welcome."

"A lovely peaceful location, clean and reasonably well equipped. Lots of attractions within easy reach, Given the lack of broadband (or mobile data signal) some up to date info would have been appreciated (nearest supermarket, more recent leaflets, appliance instructions etc). Unfortunately we had problems with the hot water which was lukewarm at best and ran out after only 1 shower."
