"Great location and well stocked quirky and old-school funky apartment! Loved it, and was a perfect base for the three of us for a week in Hilo! Not a fancy place, but had everything we needed and was well stocked and had nice touches like a lot of plugs around! Nice and helpful host, too! Would stay again on a return trip!"

"Very small condo with very noisy neighbors. Only slept there one night as it was so noisy. We went to a friend’s place the first night. Second night wasn’t as loud and busy. Couple of dead cockroach on the floor."

"Very clean and updated room that fit our family of five comfortably. The host provided great communication throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The shower pressure was a bit low, and the property itself looked a little sketchy at first glance, but don't let that deter you. Once inside, the room was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Overall, a great stay and a good value. Thank you Joe & Cindy!"

We had no issues other than a little noise from upstairs that was mentioned in other reviews We contacted Maggie once about a remote that wasn’t working and she responded quickly and corrected the problem. "Pros: Property was clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Big property, nice parking, quiet area, good location near major attractions. Cons: No sink in the kitchen. Especially annoyed that they ask for you to clean all the dishes before you leave. I don’t know what they’re thinking. Bathrooms are on the smaller side, and each bathroom has the smallest sink you’ll ever see, which would not have been a major problem if they did not ask you to clean the dishes in them.
