"We loved our stay. The sunset from the porch thru the palm trees over the narrow beach were to die for. We could leave the slider open with just the screen and listen to the surf. Waking up to that is hard to beat. Two blocks away is an ordinary shopping district that has what you need. After driving thru other areas along that coast can’t imagine a more comfortable place for a couple to stay. "

"The house was spectacular and perfect and the hosts had provided everything we might need, including all provisions for a day at the beach. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai every day and really liked the glass doors that allowed an expansive indoor/outdoor living space. It was especially great when we spent a rainy morning in, enjoying the rain and playing games. The rain chains are beautiful. We were so grateful to share such a lovely space. "

"Amazing close access to super amazing and more calm beaches for waves which is ideal for middle age kids who aren't as water savvy. Excellent towels with sugar and coffee filters and pancake syrup to help first settling in. Backpack Beach chairs in closet were genius. Fans were loud but i didn't mind as it helped drop the temp in this second story condo unit to keep the temps down. The view was a wild sight every morning to a fresh cup of coffee that you can grind up yourself with the blender....

"Thank you for allowing us to stay at your vacation rental in beautiful Kauai. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but there are a few things future guests may want to be aware of.The hot water runs out after about five minutes of use. "The ground-floor cottage is part of a four-unit complex. There are three complexes and they are adjacent to a 9-story condominium building. The sandy beach is right in front of the cottage and if you are lucky, you may see green turtles resting in the morning by the shore. The unit is very well furnished (beach towels, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, surf boards, kitchen). There is no a/c but there are plenty of fans so we felt comfortable.
