We loved the privacy this place had. The beautiful back patio where we spent a lot of our mornings and evenings. It was a little further walk to the ocean than I anticipated but wasn’t too far. We loved our stay!

Close to a beach and nightlife, we had a great time! Being close to day time activities like surfing and night life was great for a young couple like us. The outdoor area was calm and comfortable. Bathroom was a little tight to navigate .

Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped, linens and towels first rate. A pleasant find was the South Maui Gardens, just 4 blocks down the street, dont miss the food trucks.. Just another block to the beach, grocery store and more shopping.

We had an awesome place to stay. Close to the beach, and the write up was accurate. The only negative item for us was the oven door was not able to open all the way but we would not have used it anyway. The owners were awesome. Terry & Julie

This unit is very well equipped with everything you need. The space is comfortable and spacious for two. Has a nice private patio area. It is easy to get to from the airport by car, has grocery options within a few miles, and is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive to needs. We'd be happy to stay her again if in Maui.

We enjoyed the location and outdoor spaces of this property. Everything was clean and well stocked. A few negatives. The oven isn't usable. The door will only open about 8" before hitting the adjacent door trim. The unit has multiple steps - one step up from great room to kitchen, two steps up from sink in the bathroom to the commode/shower. Not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The listing mentioned hot tub. Never saw one. On the positives, the host was very responsive about maintenance issues.

Very nice place that is great for two people! We stayed there for a week. Pretty much every thing we needed for enjoying our “Beach Time” was provided.And definitely a short walk to get to the beach. The Kitchen was excellent and well stocked, including condiments. Only item worth mentioning is the Small stand up shower and toilet area. If you’re a Large person, this May be looking into.

Top Lage, man ist schnell mitten im Geschehen, sei es Restaurants,Food Truck Park (South Maui Gardens) mit wechselnden Programm, am Meer etc.! Einrichtung der Wohnung ist schön, Küchenuntensilien ausreichend für 2 Personen.Bad sehr klein!

Loved the patio area. Bathroom extremely small,,We are small people so I do not know how a large person could manage. Also two huge liabilities for the owner. The first being the step coming out of the bathroom. The second is the step from living area into the kitchen. As seniors we found them to be EXTREMELY dangerous !!! Mold in shower head, towel rack ready to fall off the wall, TV unable to watch for us ,as the sound needs to be repaired. Several huge roaches in the house .Neighbors extremely noisy!! Other than that, LOVED Hawaii and hated to leave. We really did enjoy our stay but thought the owner should be aware of the two steps before some gets seriously hurt.

The cottage was perfect for our family, walkable to a few places and an easy drive to anywhere else. Laundry, beach gear, and a pull out sofa were ideal for our family of 4, and the walkability and flowering tree next door made our stay amazing. The listing says two adults, and I agree, more than 2 adults would be cramped. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

We were looking for a quiet, safe location that had a king bed! Place was clean had a lot of amenities such as a grill outback that we didn’t use couple lawnchair‘s awning and snorkel gear, which was great. It might be in the listing we didn’t see it, so we brought our own, who is nice to have a laundry place as well be nice if they can figure out a way to do recycling but we understand.

The cottage is a good size for 1-2 people. We enjoyed being close to beaches, restaurants and activities. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable bed. The decor in the cottage is nice. After our almost 3 weeks there, we did notice items that need attention to: 1. The BBQ is very nice and clean, but the starter on it did not work and there was no alternative way to start it. We purchased a candle lighter. 2. The garburator did not work but since we don’t use a garburator, it was not a big issue for us. 3. The back patio has solar lights on the fence which is a nice touch. The solar panel was installed facing into the palm trees and not to the sun, so they didn’t work. 4. The kitchen could be better stocked. The wine opener was broken beyond use and there were no wine glasses in the place. We purchased. There was not a casserole dish (or any other oven proof dishes) that could go in the oven. 5. Kitchen is dark and could use some under cabinet lighting. 6. Pictures show a lounger in the back yard but there is no lounger. 7. Book in cottage says there is a cooler and ice packs in the kitchen but we couldn’t find them. 8. Sheets, pillows, towels and beach chairs are well worn. 9. The place could use a good cleaning. Especially the floors, windows, fan light covers, shower and the shower curtain. 10. You can see daylight under the front door and the patio screen is pushed out on the bottom and has a tear in the screen. With this being ground floor, this should be closed up to help prevent the bugs from coming in. The cottage has great potential but needs some attention to details.

The property was just as described - clean and had all the kitchen appliances we needed to cook every day during our stay. It was the perfect location in Kihei with easy walking access to many restaurants, stores, and the beach. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone visiting!

The A/C, laundry, and TV system are great, and the storage is ample. The lanai is sunny, private, and gives a nice sense of space. The general location is good, and the neighborhood is mostly quiet, but the road outside is very close and fairly busy for the area – not the best if you’re bothered by traffic. The living room is fine for two but probably not for more. There’s an awkward step down between the kitchen and living room. The bathroom sink area is great, but the shower/toilet is badly cramped — there’s maybe a foot between the shower and the toilet, and even less than that between the front of the toilet and the wall; it would not be workable for anyone with mobility issues or for larger people. Overall, for two fit adults it was okay but pricey.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht (gutes Bett, eingerichtete Küche, Strandsachen ...) Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern ist unkompliziert und eine notwendige kleine Reparatur wurde umgehend veranlasst. Alles in allem: Sehr zu empfehlen.
