"Stayed in room 1 which was clean, spacious, and well appointed. It’s quiet when the other guests are considerate and follow the rules which includes no shoes in the house beyond the foyer. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai upstairs. Host was easy to contact and talk to and give good instructions for easy check-in. "This was our second visit to Maui, so we wanted to try something different; we chose something upcountry instead of on the beach this time. We will likely go back to the beach for future visits, because we really didn’t enjoy having to drive all the way back and change after spending time on the beach. "First of all. The host gave me not one. But two! Wrong pick up addresses. Causing me to waste 3 Ubers. And then they have the audacity to charge me for the picking me up at the wrong location. And the end of 5 days of rental I noticed bed bug bites on myself. It could be from the tent or even the vehicle seats. Made a complaint and the host/ Expedia refuse to take accountability. Don’t recommend. You’re better off renting a suv and buying a cheap tent. Not impressed. "

"The property is well laid out, clean, quiet, and safe, away from the bustle and noise of Kahului. Why not 5 stars? We arrived late at night after a long flight from the mainland.
