"Brilliant House, in a great location, and all ten of us had a wonderful holiday!However, as we booked for Christmas week, we paid a large premium, and didn’t expect to find stained sofas with rips in, and essentially a lot of wear and tear (this is not the place to list them, but think dirty blinds etc) that should not be in a property sold as “luxury”. "Cottage very pretty and well equipped, shower excellent, bed a little hard, but slept very well. Didn't realise bathroom downstairs, but separate toilet too made up for this. Excellent dog walks on the doorstep, pretty bridal paths, lovely big garden, very dog friendly. Surprised no welcome pack, but shops a short drive, as were local pubs, the Three Tuns was lovely."
