Mi experiencia
La única dificultad fue a la hora del chequin no fueron muy amables no me ayudaron a encontrar la habitación y es un área muy grande llegue a las 4 y media y ni encontré mi habitación hasta después de las 5 y media a pesar de haber pedido ayuda creo que no me ayudo el no dominar el idioma por lo demás lo recomiendo al 100% muy limpia las habitaciones y espaciosas todo lo demás limpio y hermoso y la comida que ofrecen está muy bien elaborada tiene una ubicación especial volvería a pesar del inconveniente Ojo ayuden a los hispanos que no dominan el idioma también somos parte de la comunidad nuestro dinero también vale

No lo recomiendo. Fue horrible mi estancia de 2 noches. Muchos ruidos de construcción de martillazos justo al al lado de mi habitación no pude descansar. No había refrigerador pequeño en mi habitación ni para enfriar una botella de agua. De 4 restaurante solo 2 abiertos. El bar cerrado 5pm.muy desolado el hotel, los trabajadores estan como dormidos No atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes...demasiado aburrido ese lugar parece abandonado.

Property is nice, but there really is no beach and I really disliked the layout of the resort. Nicest restaurant overlooks tennis courts instead of water and the courts need maintenance. The walk to the steakhouse is 1/2 mile over a bridge that is starting to fall apart and feels unsafe walking over. Elevators are very old. There is a strange odor throughout the hotel, and a few times I smelled gas. Rooms are nice and clean, pool area is nice. Bar is excellent and the staff are all nice and friendly. Just needs maintenance in areas.
