Sunset fill up is Beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice house with beautiful sunset view. Communications with operations, manager, Doug and property manager Jenna were excellent. The neighborhood was very nice and safe for supervised children to ride bicycles with little traffic. There were two issues we had. Number one was at the pool pump was not working for more than 50% of our stay. Therefore, we did not have a heated pool. The property manager helped us solve this problem. Number to the club fitness of the house on the baseboards in the bedrooms was not satisfactory. Lots of dust and dirt. Also, the outside perimeter of the lanai add not been swept free of insects and leaves. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay along with our family part of the time. Thank you.

Excellent property!

Everything we needed and more! The property was clean and had a beautiful lake we watched the sunset every night. Plenty of lounge chairs for the pool and lots of accessories for the beach! Loved the house!!!! Thank you 😊

Perfect Property!

Very nice property in a super convenient location. The property is very clean and is just as described. The pool was great! Very relaxing after a hot day in the sun. The location is pretty central in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book this property again next year!

Nice place

Overall this is a great place. Nice and safe neighborhood. The pool was crystal clear and fantastic. Pretty close to beaches. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessed. Couple things could be attended to in home but nothing major. Would consider coming back.

This property was just as described. The house had everything we needed. It is a perfect distance from beaches, restaurants and stores. Close enough to everything, but away from the busyness. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we hope to be able to book again in the future.

On the arrival issue

On the arrival stinky and leaking full garbage can left full in garage for whole week this was discussed. We finally place them on the end on the vacation on the curb.

Beautiful property

This home was beautiful. Quiet, fully stocked in every way (kitchen, towels, pool/beach toys, coolers, etc.), clean, comfortable - we loved it. The whole house felt upgraded and NICE. The only issue we had was the pool heat that we prepaid for didn't work the first two days. Vacasa worked quickly to get it resolved and also reimbursed us for the 2 days of pool heat that we didn't get. Once fixed it worked great the rest of the week! We loved this house. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time renting a home in Ft Myers. This home was very nice and clean.

Our family loves the beach and found this home to be perfect for the short drive to Ft Myers beach to hangout during the day and to also go back for dinners. The private pool was wonderful! Our family spent more time on the patio and in the pool more than we did inside.

Vacation Rental

House was very nice and clean. Garage definitely needs cleaned of all the spider webs. Had to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags, only 1 item each at the house. Lamps in house had no light bulbs, 2 lamps. Out of 4 TVs, only two worked. 1 needed batteries in remote control. Need better instructions for TV operating. 1 TV did not work, after 6 or more phone calls a gentleman, John Tobin arrived and put batteries in remote, promised new TV for one that did not work. Guy did arrive with new TV @ 7:30AM, next day, and with not calling or ringing or knocking entered the house. Told him people were still sleeping, he left but never came back. Gave my phone number buy nobody called ahead. No permission given to enter house while we were out. John Tobin did give his phone number, 239-292-5759, but never returned my phone calls. Did get phone calls returned when I called 800 numbers and was promised we would get the problems solved.. My fellow house mates and I were not amused. Need better communication between office people and action by local people. By Carl Schimmoeller, 419-204-7924.

Perfect!!! This home was just what we had hoped for and more. We will definitely be back again.

We were in town for the BCS 14u National championship. The home was conveniently located to all the parks and lots of restaurants as well. We did not go to the beach because the pool was so relaxing that's where we headed after a long day at the ballpark. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. My wife and boys said it was the best place they had ever stayed on one of our baseball trips. Loved it and hope the owners will have us back. Plan on playing several more years in Fort Meyers and would love to book this house every year. Thanks to the owners for letting us have this experience. Kenny & Brandi
