This is the 3rd year we have stayed at the property and its so great for what we need. We come down to visit my in-laws who live in Fort Myers and we bring our adult children and spouses. Plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen is well appointed and the living room is comfy. The outside pool area is great and we get hours of enjoyment watching the wildlife in the water behind the house. My daughter even brought her binoculars for bird watching. We had a great stay and its always reasonably priced too. See you next year!

Great kitchen, loved the spa and pool, outside area is great. Right on a small waterway with birds, iguana, turtles! The primary is odd/ strange “garden” area off the bath with large windows and slider that leads out a gate? Open- no cover on the windows. Too much light.

This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at this property and we love it! Absolutely great location, close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel! Would highly recommend to anyone vacationing in Fort Myers!!

Absolutely beautiful home! Close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. Was very clean and had everything you need. Private and quiet area. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying there again!

I can honestly say that renting this place has made me change the way I will vacation in the future. We had a group of 7 family members and the property accommodated everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing vacation. Due to the storms leaving the beach areas in ruins, we only beached one day, which made us very grateful to have the house and the amenities. The pool was amazing. We couldn’t quite get the heater to work on the spa but that very well could have been a user error. We had a couple minor issues and the management was quick to respond with help, and even stopped by to make sure our issues were fixed. The air in the house was perfect. The outside sitting area is perfect. The layout of the house is spacious and cozy. We used the grill to cook every day and everything was in great working order. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation for all ages.. we couldn’t have had a better time. 😊

This property was as good as advertised! Beautiful home with lots of space and great amenities. The pool area was awesome! Location is perfect and close to anything you would want to do in the area. Only suggestion would be for more/better pans to cook with. Part of the draw was being able to cook and not have to eat out all the time but the quality & variety of pans was a little lacking. It was a great place and would stay there again. Highly recommend!!!

Location was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the pool area! Hot tub wasn’t working properly but we had nice weather so we didn’t mind so much. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again soon. Thank you!

The management company is quick to respond! Kudos! Lovely updated home with lots of open space and in a quiet neighborhood & the master is huge. The family gathering room too, is large and open but furnishings (couches), uncomfortable, as they are quite old. The pool is great, and the hot tub, which goes on at 6pm -10 pm is nice, but goes off promptly at 10 pm. Would be nice if it stayed on through 11?? The house is also close to restaurants and shopping, however, a distance and challenge to beaches with traffic. The second and 3 rd bedrooms are close to the garage & can get very warm late at night and early morning. Closing doors, even a little bit, gets uncomfortable especially if you plan on visiting with babies or children under 5. Though there are 2 other larger rooms, by design, there is no privacy for one to sleep. Overall our kids and grandkids had a nice stay. Be aware to check the Management binder in the center living space with check in and checkout and trash recycle notifications. They are different. We ended up going by the info in the binder.

My husband and I were looking for a place we could relax and unwind. This rental has it all. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has a heated pool and spa, and is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We especially enjoyed watching the otters play in the pond while
