Awesome stay in Fort Myers Beach

We've had a really good time staying in this small house close to the Beach. Very good equipment in the kitchen and for the beach. Unfortunatelly some things were already broken and there was just 4 chairs (for 6 people) but since a couple of us were usually in the water we made it work out. Beach Towels are in the house, Publix very close but quite expensive so we have used our trips to restaurants to get groceries in Walmart.Since there is not a lot of restaurants open on Fort Myers Beach itself we drove to the restaurants but you have to take into consideration the rush hour off Fort Myers Beach (took us up to 45mins to leave the island).But communication with the landlord was just excellent! He helped us out with information and check in went smooth. No additional charges for bbq grill/pool heat which I thought was very cool.I would recommend to stay there but with no more than 6 people.

Wow, great place!

Wow, just wow! We loved this house. It was close to all we needed, but the property was great all by itself! Although we could go to the beach, the pool and yard were just as fun! Plenty of room to play yard games (our teen boys played corn hole for hours). The proximity to the beach and grocery store was helpful. Also, local bus access was easy, and the property had five new cruiser-style bicycles for use.Inside the house had all the amenities you would expect, with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well supplied.We hated leaving and can't wait to stay again!

Great location in recovering area

Great outdoor space with easy walk to the beach. Grocery store around the corner which was very convenient. The beach was great- no large crowds due to the reconstruction of homes and condos n the area. Dolphins, ospreys, and shells galore. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great Family Vacation

The outdoor space was the game changer here. The backyard was nicely done to accommodate hanging outside most of your trip. The pool was the highlight. It was larger than expected and the deep end was 5 foot deep. Our 5 kids (ages 9-14) played in it daily and multiple times. Outdoor games and plenty of seating (in the sun and in shade) were provided. The walk to the beach was 5 mins and nice. Publix was great as we could easily walk there. Only negative is the lack of restaurants within walking distance. The Snook Bight Marina behind Publix had a cheap and expensive restaurant. Both were good. All other dining out options you needed to drive as they were 3 miles away. We found it easiest to head south and go to Naples to go out to eat. We had the max of 8 guests. We fit but the pull out couch is just that, not a real bed. Kids had to bunk up, which was okay with us. Loved it and will come back!

Met all our needs!

Toes in the Sand was perfect for our family. The backyard space was great! Easy walk to the beach and Publix. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and wagon made the short walk to the beach easy. The area of beach close to us wasn’t crowded so that was a bonus! Farther from restaurants but we were on vacation and not in a hurry to get anywhere.

Great family vacation home

2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 preschool children immensely enjoyed the backyard. Plenty of room to play! Adequate room inside. Walk to the beach was an easy walk. Publix within walking distance. Located in mid-island, the beach was not crowded at all!Jason, the host, was responsive and very helpful to our questions.

Fun in the sun

Property was decorated nicely and very clean. The backyard was amazing and included salt water heated pool. Walking distance to grocery store, very short walk to beach and bicycles if you choose. Beds were super comfy. Owner was attentive and answered questions very quickly. Next door neighbor was great too!

Wonderful property

We were very pleased with this property. It was clean and packed with amenities! A fully supplied kitchen with an additional ice maker in the back hall. The beds were very comfortable for us. The backyard was very inviting with the pool/pool toys along with some outside games for kids and adults. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. The owner Jason was very friendly and responsive which was great! I would also like to add that the neighbor guy was very kind and helpful.

Love Fort Myers Beach

Love seeing the homes being rebuilt. Great communication with the owner. Home was clean, a/c worked beautiful, loved the artificial turf in the backyard. We had an issue with the water heater malfunctioning and had to shut off the alarm and reset it a couple times. Lots of good patio/pool seating options. Just some suggested improvements: pool deck needs a bit of work/paint, needs another small couch or chair in the living room, as 6 people cannot sit together unless you sit on a dining chair. The cute indoor bar area needs more comfy seating too- Put a shed in the backyard and put the bikes and pool toys out there to better use that space. Teeny tiny ghost ants were around the pool area seating but it’s Florida I guess, so I expect bugs. There are no closets to hang clothes but there are dressers. There was a pontoon boat and extra vehicle in the front yard which were kind of unsightly but not sure where else they could go. All in all we had a nice relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood and Publix and the beach were just a few minutes away.

Great house, lots of extras

We had a nice stay at this house. We loved that it had beach chairs, coolers and all the amenities we needed to enjoy both the pool and the beach. Only negative not much room to hang clothes. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our stay at Toes in the Sand was very nice. I would 100% stay here again with the hopes of better weather. Our storm was impacted by tropical storm Debby. Jason’s communication as great. The storm hindered use of the pool, but Jason worked diligently to get it back up and going before we left! The home is just as pictured and was very clean upon arrival! Check in was incredibly easy. The house is stocked with items needed in the kitchen to make meals with ease. The location was great and beach access was easy! The backyard is what beach house dreams are made of!!! The hammock was a huge hit too! The house is also equipped with wagon, floats, beach toys, chairs, cooler and so many more things. We wish the weather had cooperated more so we could have fully enjoyed all it had to offer! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Girls weekend 2024

We had a blast on our annual girls trip! This place was great couldn’t have asked for a better house. The private pool and backyard was awesome. We enjoyed the pool. Short walk to the beach and Publix. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay. Will be back

Absolutely perfect for our family.

The house was perfect for our blended family (me, girlfriend, 16, 13, and 6). There was the right mix of beach toys, chairs, cooler, wagon, beach stuff, and the right distance to the beach to either walk or drive less than half a mile to public parking. The house was recently updated and was very clean and comfortable. The pool in the back is nice to keep our kiddos corraled while we cooked and prepared for the next fun activity. The location was also perfect being located at the halfway point of the island a stone's toss to the Publix grocery store and a couple of restaurants. Oh, and we had the great fortune of meeting Brian the neighbor who also happens to help with property maintenance. My rental car battery kept dying, and Brian graciously let us borrow his portable jump starter for a couple days. He would give the shirt off his back. We will definitely try to get this place again when we return.

Summer vacation

We drove up a little weary of the location and surrounding houses but this was a great house. Location had us only minutes away from the beach and Publix. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool and area was clean. They also had all the necessary amenities that one would need for a beach day or a pool day.

Absolutely stunning!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this property, they had everything we needed and or wanted, it was clean. It was beautiful. We enjoyed our time so much all These host definitely went out of their way to make sure that you had to want for nothing as far as in the kitchen bathroom even outdoor areas and fun activities. Have already shared the property with three other people for them to go and book

Great oasis in the heart of Fort Meyers Beach

Great property thats super close to the beach and easy walk to Publix if needed. Everything was clean and brand new. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. The extra ice machine was also clutch for the selection of coolers provided. Bikes, chairs, and wagon oh my were added bonuses to explore the surrounding beach and neighborhood. Lots of rebuilding around so this oasis provided a quiet and crowd free base for our family to plan our adventures. Fast wifi and cable available for when we wound down in the evenings. Pool was the perfect size and having the outdoor living space was like a private hotel pool. Kids did not want to go back home!
