Loved the balconies in the front and back of the house. Whether you wanted shade or sun you had options, the house was east/west facing. Pool and jacuzzi were great! The location was great too! The welcome email was a little off putting regarding what would be there when we arrived, example 2 oz of dish soap, two trash bags, etc. With that said when we arrived, each bathroom and kitchen came with a kit of soaps, which was very nice and was perfect for the 3 1/2 day stay. Everything was 5 stars, with the exception of living room furniture. The furniture was not very comfortable and small for a house with 4 bedrooms. We spent the least amount of time in the living room. When we were in the living room, one of us usually ended up at the kitchen table or out on the balcony due to lack of seating. With that said, the location made up for the furniture.

Twin boys first beach vacation

We booked this home for our 1-year old twin boys' first spring break and beach trip. The home was near perfection. From the private pool, close proximity to the beach for our boys, open great room and wonderful back patio/balcony, layout of the rooms, it was truly everything we could have wanted. This was specific to us, but a very unexpected surprise was the smaller of the 4 bedrooms is in the middle of the home, with no windows. This was perfect for recreating our boys' home environment where they were able to sleep peacefully without us having to worry about the natural light waking them up. This is very nit picky, but my only constructive feedback on the property is that there are not a lot of cooking equipment in the form of pots and pans. There are a couple, but if you are bringing a family I'd suggest bringing those with you. Additionally, the path to the pool is interesting. You have to go downstairs, through the garage, and through an empty great room to get to the pool. It seems like the upstairs patio off the great room was built to encompass stairs directly to the pool but was never built. Again, nit picky because it's very easy to get to just seems like an interesting design and somewhat useless space. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to others. We'd happily go back!

Clean, comfortable & great location home

The house was clean, comfortable and convenient walking distance to the beach & restaurants/bars. However the pool was a little dirty when we arrived but was quickly resolved. The elevator didn’t work but didn’t cause us any issues. They did fix it before we left. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay. We had 3 couples stay at the house and we were very pleased & comfortable.I wish there were stairs from the 2nd floor backyard deck to the ground level pool area. We had to walk to the front of the house to get to the pool from 2nd floor. It wasn’t a big deal as we managed it fine. It just would be easier & more convenient.We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again,

Family vacation

The property was perfect for a family, with plenty of space and an awesome pool. It was very clean and very modern. We were locked out when we first arrived as we were given the incorrect code. We waited about 15/20 minutes for someone to get back to us and get us a new code.We had hot water issues throughout the house. Luckily one particular shower would always get hot. When checking in we were given the wrong code but luckily someone responded within about 15/20 minutes to let us in. The prospect was not supplied with a vacuum so it was difficult to keep up with cleanliness during the stay but we were provided with a broom to use. The guest sink caved in while we were there but someone was sent out next day to fix it. Overall we had a great time.

Great Place

The place is incredible, They have a cool game room by the pool but no games or anything, The hot water was intermittent for showers and hot tub and we needed a late checkout and Were not able to get one. It fit our needs and it was a nice place.

Lovely house

Overall our stay was wonderful. We had a problem with the water heater but the management company was quick to respond and had someone come to fix it. That continued to be a bit of a problem because the water never got really hot but we were able to take quick showers. My only negative comment would be that the kitchen is very poorly stocked. The quality of the cookware,knives and overall cooking equipment was poor. The location is so great, just a couple of blocks to the beautiful beach with its amazing collection of seashells. The traffic on and off the island was a problem and we spent a lot of precious family time making that trip. We all loved the stay and was sad to see it end.

Clean house, messy island

I was very impressed with the house. It had the feel of an extra large hotel room which worked very well. The panoramic doors that open up to the back porch were my favorite feature. Through no fault of the management company, however, the neighborhood and island itself are in rough shape. The home is surrounded by empty lots and many construction projects, so the sound of construction runs from sunup to sundown. Much of the neighborhood is still covered in piles of sand from the last hurricane.

Great location, super clean house

The overall stay was very good. Such a clean house and a great location close to all our favorite spots. Two things, the elevator was a bonus because my mother in law struggles with stairs and we got stuck in there twice. Luckily my husband was able to rescue us, so needless to say we didn't use the elevator the rest of our stay. Also, the pool was dirty and extremely hot. Too hot to enjoy. I contacted property management twice and they said they were sending someone but no one ever came. So, we were unable to use the pool the entire time we were there.

WV Friends Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and in Fort Myers Beach. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was wonderful!! Highly recommend this house. It was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. Hope to visit again!!
