Great location, awesome roof deck

The home was in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the rooftop patio was awesome. We unfortunately did not have time for the pool and hot tub but it looked clean. The host was very nice and responsive, though there was a large bug that looked like a cockroach / palmetto bug when we first came in. The host did immediately offer to come treat the property but we did not see any others.

We spent a weekend celebrating my youngest daughter's birthday. It was just my husband, my three children, my granddaughter, and the entire family. We were pleased with the location of the house. The beach was just a five-minute walk from the house, and restaurants were also just minutes away. My family and I were definitely satisfied with the property.

Exactly what we needed!

This was a great property four our stay. Good location, good working appliances (couldn’t find the blender), fairly clean pool/hot tub, it had beach chairs/cooler/umbrella, and some towels. We met the property manager at the end of our stay and she was very nice and organized. I think she’s still planning to send someone’s shoes to them (my brother forgot them). There is a downstairs apartment, but they were no bother and we didn’t bother them so they say lol. Cheers!

Will rent again - Great place and location

The rental was exactly like described. Clean and perfect location to walk around Ft Myers beach. Communication with Maria was great. There were labels on all the light switches and a snack tray left for us in the kitchen - very nice touch. There were a few MINOR issues that we encountered in the house. I have listed them here so Maria is informed of them. We could not get any of the bedroom TVs to work, only the Living room one. (instructions on the welcome sheet would be helpful along with locations of the shutter switches). Light above the master bathroom sink flickered and we could not use it. Like I stated these were very minor issues, and we would not hesitate to rent again!

We have stayed at a lot of houses and this was by far our whole families favorite!!! Close to everything but far enough away to relax and have peace and quiet!! Amazing communication with host!!!! Would definitely stay again!

falling short on every level

After specifically asking about the pool and the cleanliness of it we show up and there is sand , muck, sticks, all over the pool. Even after the next day when they cleaned it the sand still stayed. The handle of the shower falls off so watch your feet. The keurig leaks when you try and make coffee so make sure you only put enough in for your cup. cob webs in the dining room table light. By all means a great location but pick a different house. you can certainly get better somewhere else for what they charge.

Beautiful Home

We rented the house for family members and they loved it. The house is spacious and have everything they needed. The location can not be any closer to the beach, bars and restaurants. We would definitely rented it again. Maria is a great hostess.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house was wonderful, spacious, and bright! It had everything we needed, and Maria was very responsive. The view from the roof was incredible. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic just a few minutes walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. I highly recommend it and would stay again!

So many positives!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean, neat and very cute property. The only suggestions I have is that the master bedroom mattress was too soft for me and I wish the TV’s had cable- had to watch the semi-finals for the NCAA BB tournament on phones. But there were beautiful TV’s in every room!

Great home and location for your family!

This house is in a great location on FMB. Everything is walkable or rent a bike and ride to the sqaure. Owner lists everything well and correctly. You know what you are getting when you rent. Very roomie house and had great amenities! Owner has thought of the little extras to make your stay great! (They have a shark vaccum that we ran everyday when we went to the beach to get rid of any sand that we track in daily! SO SMART!) Pool gets sun all day and is also has a heated spa area and lots of seating arounf pool! The top patio area is great to sit in the morning and afternoon! Beach carts and chairs and cooler available to use with the house. The one bedroom only has access through the other 2 bedrooms (has doors to shut off from the other bedrooms) so a little inconvenient but if all family members it isn't a big deal. Would stay here again with my family! Great place!

Great girls weekend

The house is wonderful. We had 6 adults and all fit very comfortably. We enjoyed being walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and the pool and hot tub at the home were a dream.
