Hurricane

All was well except their air conditioning. It was very hot in our condo and other we spoke to all had the same issue so we didn’t report it. Then here comes hurricane Ian evacuated with unforeseen. Expenses to go to Orlando and sit it out until our flight out on Saturday. So we lost the week. Understandable not to anyone fault. But very poor communication as to where to go in case of emergency. We are not experienced travelers so this was a horrific experience. Grateful for the first week and prayers to all the people who lost everything, some including their lives.

The facility is located on a beautiful stretch of Fort Myers Beach with easy beach access. There are several shops and restaurants across the street. There is a bus stop across the street to bring you to other areas of Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach condo

We had a wonderful time!! The condo was cute, quiet, and clean! Comfy bed. Fabulous Gulf views that we couldn't get enough of and being on the second floor was perfect! We loved that the owners provided beach chairs and noodles. We would highly recommend this condo and this resort!!!

Water heater issues and unit not clean

Our first day was dealing with the water heater. I turned the hot water on and it smelled the whole unit up like rotten eggs. My husband had to empty out the tank, the tub and sinks were filled with black water, I have photos to prove. The tub was then backed up due to a large hair ball, what the heck!! I literally almost vomited due to the smell and the sight of strangers nasty hair. When you go on vacation, this is not something anyone should have to deal with.

PERFECT LOCATION ON THE BEACH AND WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS!

This met all of our needs for our Fort Myers vacation! It’s right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk to many restaurants, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and even ice cream shop.

Don't expect too much...

The location of this property was perfect for what we were looking for...quiet, laid-back with beautiful beach view. As for the downside....there needs to be follow-up on the cleaning staff...there were "dust-bunnies" under the furniture, on the ceiling fans and bathroom floor. We did appreciate the new bed that was placed during our stay but no one addressed all the dirt and debris that was left behind. One would think a staff person would have addressed this immediately. The property needs some more updating and the rusted refridgerator replaced.

Bed was so old springs were sticking you it got to the point sleep on coach an floor Didn’t pay to sleep there frying pans were all scratched up couldn’t use bath room had dust up in ceiling fan fell down when turned on this place was a joke will ever stay hear again come ever year for the last 7 years to Ft Myers beach never had such a bad place

The location of this property is outstanding. A balcony that looks out to the Gulf just steps from the lovely beach.Convenient to all the stores in Santini Plaza. Overlooks a nice pool. The grounds are lovely and the arrangement of both buildings and individual units provides privacy. The unit itself is worn and tired. It is a great size for 2 people but lacked some basics: no toaster, no waste basket in bathroom, no oven ( not a big deal if you are eating out a lot, but we missed having one),. The decor is sadly dated , there were no water glasses- (only juice and wine glasses , coffee cups, )shower curtain needs to be replaced, lamps still have shades covered in cellophane. Adequate closet and dresser space. It just needs some love: fresh paint, updated decor, and a few more glasses. We have stayed at many rentals and never have had one so stingy in its allotment of basics re: toilet paper, paper towels, no soap for dishwashing, but we were encouraged to “pay it forward” and leave anything of that type that we bought. All in all a wonderful location very basic accommodations.

Property was great. Kept very clean and well maintained. Except the stair wells and hallways. We use the stairs instead of the elevator when we can. The stair wells were dirty. Halls were not clean. Our condo was very outdated with very uncomfortable funiture. We had to sit at table because the crouch was terrible to sit on. Would rent again in the property but not that condo. People and management were very friendly.

Great view - Beautiful Beach - Condo Needs Updating

I have never written a negative review in the 5 years of renting Air BnB. So to start out on a positive note, Great View - Beautiful Beach! Great location, walked 4 miles a day on the clean white beach with stops at 2 Tiki bars. Santini Mall across the street, restaurants, bars, ice cream & post office. Publix 2 miles away. Did not need to take the car if traffic was bad. Fort Myers Beach Town just north of you and Lovers Key State Park just south. Pool was warm and condo grounds were clean and safe. Some long time residents were crabby trying to enforce silly rules at the pool. On the unit itself: Clean for the most part, and very dated: Rose colored lampshades covered in plastic, dried flowers on the walls, lots and lots of shells. A large picture hung on a wall, over a door frame. King size bed is two old twin mattresses pushed together, and some old mattress on the floor below. Sheets were thin and scratchy. Towels were nice, newer and fluffy. Dusty behind and under the bed. 2 older vinyl couches that were way too soft to sit in very long. The unit should only have 1 couch as it is not big enough for two. No coffee/end table or ottoman. TV/WIFI worked well. Stains on the white fabric kitchen chairs. Fridge worked well. Kitchen utensils and dishes were limited and old. No extra perks here. No dish soap and one roll of toilet paper for 2 weeks. Nesbit Reality did respond with a new dish drainer and drain cleaner for the bathroom within 24 hours, which was appreciated. I should have believed the prior review about the bed and dust. In looking at other units in EBTC there are many that are updated with granite bar counters & newer king beds. Perhaps the key is to rent directly from an owner who would have taken more pride in their unit. We expected a more updated condo/furnishings for what we paid. We love the beach and the view and plan to come back next year, finding a nicer unit.

Not clean and very cheap bed and couch

When we arrived the first thing we had to do was clean our condo. We had to clean large clumps of dust off the ceiling fans and sweep the floors. Our bed was two very broken down twin mattresses pushed together with a thin mattress cover over both to appear as a king size bed. The bed frames were on wheels so the mattresses were constantly separating. We stayed for 7 nights and did not get one night of good sleep. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.I would not recommend this unit.

Beautiful place to kick back and relax.

The property is perfectly located for walking the beach or enjoying a meal across the street. The outdoor spaces including the pool are immaculately kept and perfect for swimming, sunbathing or reading under a palm. The sunsets are simply gorgeous! Our studio unit was clean and comfortable for two. The balcony afforded us a great view of both the pool and the gulf. We were pleased with our experience.
