Family Vacation

If you are looking for beach access, it is a perfect location. If you are looking for night life or restaurants, not much within walking distance. Owner is accommodating and communicates quickly. The property is set up nicely and has nice accommodations.

Amazing vacay!

My husband and I and two other couples arrived very late our first night to a beautiful home. Everything was very clean. The decor is beautiful. There are two living areas with fully stocked kitchens. The pool is amazing. We enjoyed it so much. Deko is so kind and forthcoming with information. She answered every question we had and was gracious to us with a late checkout. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and two coffee makers. We did need to bring an extra blow dryer as there was just one. It was a short walk to the beach. We even walked home for lunch. She provided a cooler for our drinks at the beach. There was also a wagon. We couldn’t have asked for more and hope to be back next year! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

Wonderful comfy home!

Our recent stay at Poinciana was fabulous! The house was perfect for our group of six adults. We enjoyed the pool so much that we only ventured to the beach a couple times during our week-long stay. The kitchen was stocked with nearly everything we needed. We loved the open floor plan that allowed us to visit even while cooking in the kitchen. The few issues we encountered were quickly addressed by the owner. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Deko!

Fantastic beach house for our young family

Our boys (3 and 5) loved that the beach was just a block away but I think their favorite part was the pool right out the back door. The house is just a few minutes’ drive or walk from the restaurants Which is nice as everything feels a bit quieter and relaxed. Deko was great with the communication and the place was exactly what we were expecting. Bright open kitchen, comfortable living room and a nice patio where the wife and I could sit after the kids had gone to bed. Thank you Deko!

Adorable beach house perfect for our family vacay!

The house was great! Nice open floor plan and bedrooms tucked away down the hallway. The private swimming pool was amazing! Plenty of space and amenities for our families annual Thanksgiving trip. Contact with the property manager was easy and they were very quick to respond and assist with anything needed. The keyless entry was also a major plus, we didn’t have to keep track of room keys or pick up/drop off keys.

Wonderful place.

Location to beach was great. Pool in backyard was great. Would definitely stay here again. Great owner manager. Had a surprise of balloons, banner and card for my moms 89th birthday when we walked in. Thank you for making our yearly birthday trip for her wonderful.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had an amazing time making unforgettable memories at this house!! Deko was great at communicating with us, even when the washer was out of order. He let us know what was going on and let us check out late due to our crazy flight schedules. This house is close to everything. Just a quick walk to the beach or to the inlet canal. We saw SO many animals (dolphins, manatee, birds, geckos and rays). We would highly recommend for anyone wanting a family focused vacation spot.

Perfect Stay

This property couldn't have been more perfect! So relaxing and a very short walk to the beach and Mound House. Quiet neighborhood and the pool was great when the beach wasn't an option. Thanks Deko!

Perfect family vacation home

Deko was a gracious host! We are a large family 5 children ranging in ages 11 to 6 months and this home was perfect! House was clean and well furnished. Pool is a good size and well maintained. We survived Tropical storm Elsa in comfort! We look forward to making many more memories for years to come at this paradise!

Great size and location!!

My family including myself, my husband, my 2 boys, my nephew, my sister, sister in-law, and my mother, as well as my 2 dogs stayed at this property. The size was perfect for my group. The location, while not directly on the beach, was perfect! The walk is a mere block and a half (5 minutes, 8 tops) from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The owner was very pleasant to communicate with, from the time we booked the house to the time we checked out - booked in March to check out on July 2. He replied promptly and with great insight to the island and assistance with whatever we needed. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone who asks for recommendations, as well as somewhere we would stay again!

Amazing area- pool- I wish the property had a swifter and vacuum. Property needs a deep cleaning around floor boards, fans, windows, laundry area smelled musty. Landscaping could use some maintenance as well, but overall - we had a great time!

Just as described, great family vacation house

We had a wonderful stay. Highlights: -Communication and entry to house were easy -House is as described, very clean. Airy and bright, air conditioning and wifi worked great. Kitchen had all supplies needed for cooking and an outdoor grill. We got groceries delivered from Publix 1 mile away. There is also a Walmart a few miles away. Easy laundry. -Pool is very nice and clean. Surrounded by a safety gate and dome-covered. -Beach is 0.3 mile walk away - this is AWESOME with kids. You are very close to the crosswalk and entry to Connecticut Beach, which is not something many rentals can offer. The beach was beautiful, white sand and clear water and you can walk for miles. Neighborhood is residential and quiet. -Owner provides a beach cart, chairs, towels, and there are toys you can borrow. -Convenience store is 0.3 mile walk, as are 2 restaurants. More restaurants, shops, ice cream and bike rental 1 mile away. Very easy to get around with no car by walking or using trolley system. Really enjoyed our stay and would go again!

Great location!

Awesome location close to the beach, very clean and lots of room!

Everything was great, nicely updated lots of room. The only downside was the dishwasher never worked so we had to hand wash dishes the whole time for two families, and there were no cleaning supplies so you would have to buy everything needed. I’d definitely recommend renting bicycles to get around and traffic is horrendous, was very bummed we were not allowed to use the cruiser bikes at the property . Would stay there again for sure!

Wonderful time at the beach

Location of this property is amazing! Located on a part of the island that's not too busy. A short walk to the beach, very doable with little kids. The house had everything we needed and the heated pool was a huge hit!
