The place was in a rough neighborhood, and it didn’t look like it had been swept in awhile. The beds are very stiff/hard and very limited pillows. Water pressure in the shower is great until someone else turns on a different shower. It was clear the fans had not been dusted in awhile as all of us left with sinus issues after 2 nights. The sheets in the master did not look to be washed, and there were roaches and centipedes on the floor. When I messaged the host they were quick to respond, however they were a bit nasty after they sent a cleaning lady over (who barely spoke English and we had to use google translate to say what was wrong) & determined the place was “not dirty.” After we got back from the cleaning lady being there, though, it was a night & day difference in terms of cleanliness. Quick responses from the owner, easy check in, but sketchy neighborhood and not super clean. ALSO the front window you can tell was broken and was “fixed” by a piece of plastic. Luckily we were only there to sleep.
