We have stayed at this location twice and have enjoyed it both times! This time we traveled with our adult children and their significant others. There was so much space for everyone. The location was ideal, access to the pool on the same level could not be beat! It is well laid out for group activities and everyone can have their own space. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Check in was easy and owner was very responsive. Thank you for providing the location for a great family trip!

Hemingway Poolside was fantastic! Super clean and great location. Very close to the beach and great spot with the pool at the condo as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was beautiful, spacious, immaculately kept, and very safe in terms of building security. Just a short 2 block walk to the beach and heart of DFB restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time at this place! A few mins to beach and pier, access to the pool at any time. With a 2 year old, it was great having a 2nd room and direct access to the pool. Bonus: a high chair was available for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Property was clean and building very secure. Would 100% recommend!

Nice condo. Just like the photos. 2 blocks from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels there already for your use. Make sure to bring shampoo. Small bar soaps provided. Wifi worked well.

The director of revenue management could use some customer service training. With the amount of money a customer spends on the fees from VRBO he should have better customer service training. We are all fully aware that you are not allowed to check in before 4 PM however in all the years that I’ve been traveling I have never had a property manager not allow us to enter the property earky particularly if I requested it well in advance. He reported that the housekeepers couldn’t get there early enough. When we arrived at 2:06 PM they had already gone and he would not allow us into the property stating that he could not unlock the door remotely. Which we knew full well those door locks can be open remotely . Either way he knew well in advance we were going to be arriving slightly early and we were going to want to get settled. He knew the housekeepers had been gone. Due to the fact that the airlines kept canceling flights and changing them we were going to arrive at least two hours early and we just wanted to get settled. It was a long day of travel. Otherwise the unit was excellent. I contacted him in advance to let him know I would be out of the home by 8 AM so that if The new tenants were arriving early he could let them in early or tell the housekeepers to get there early. All of the furniture was dirty. The blackout curtains in the main bedroom were would not open. The shades behind them were broken. The main shower had had broken valves. The second bathroom had missing tiles and a filthy tub. Worst VRBO experience ever.

This is the 5th condo I rented in different states. Condo was lovely but not clean and for the price for one week was not equipped. Washer was filled with mold so my friend and I would not use it. The coffee maker had no filters and we were told we had to buy them which was ridiculous. Ice maker was turned off so we had to buy ice. Bathrooms were not clean. Kitchen floor was not clean. No face cloths so we had to get them delivered. Other condos I've stayed at left gift basket with bottle of wine, k cups for coffee maker, pastries for morning. All in all, beautiful condo but I would not go back. My friend and I were disappointed.

The barstools were extremely dirty. The spare bedroom light fixture was incomplete. The bathroom fixtures in the spare were coming apart. The bathroom fixture in the master was missing a knob. The icemaker in the refrigerator would not dispense ice.

Loved the roominess of this property and amenities. Property manager was available when we needed assistance. The amount of outdoor seating in the huge balcony was great to visit with family outside during this Covid time. Our only recommendation is to choose a different fabric for the bar stools because old stains on white fabric are not appealing. Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay here again!

As someone who also manages properties, I am aware that given time, there will always be issues that arise. But one's ability to respond and fix the situation is the measure of their abilities. We had a few small issues, which they addressed and fixed right away. Great management team. Great place and we enjoyed our stay.
