The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We love the location and always try to stay in the same condo building when visiting Charleston. I love a nice soak in a tub (especially after a long travel day) and always look for units with tubs, which was why I picked this unit for my latest stay in the building. Unfortunately, both bathtubs lacked stoppers that fit the drains. There was one generic stopper in the unit that didn’t really work in either tub, and hot water tank is not nearly large enough to fill the master jetted tub adequately to use it. The kitchen in this unit was lacking some essentials. We remedied that with a trip to the nearby Walmart. The property company does offer a beach gear credit, and that came in handy. I wish I’d known there were zero beach towels in the unit before picking my gear. I would have included some, if they were available. Overall, we still love the location and the unit was great for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view.

The place was exactly as advertised, the check in and check out process was easy. I was glad that there were luggage carts available along with elevators, it made bringing our things in very easy. I would recommend this place for anyone! The view is the beach was fantastic and there was a restaurant across the street. I plan on coming back here in the future.

Perfect condo for an awesome beach trip! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is on the beach and has a great balcony for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening! And it is so close to Center Street and all of the great restaurants and shops! We had a great time!

The location is perfect, we were right by the beach, we were close to everything. We love it. Just have few issues in the condo. The shower door handle broken and the TV in the bedroom not working, I called the property manager but he want me to do the trouble shooting on the phone.

Fantastic vacation!

This complex is a bit older but in a prime location close to everything. The pier, shopping, ice cream, coffee shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The elevator is very slow so we opted for steps most of the time. Unit is comfortable and mostly updated. It is a bit cramped in the dining space due to arrangement of, amount of and size of the - furniture but living and bedroom spaces are comfortable. Deck is large and easily seats 6 or more with a great view. Unit could use a refresh of kitchen items, didn't always have what we wanted but were able to make do with what's there. You are strictly limited to 2 fobs - which you need to access the pool and beach. Coordinating this is frustrating when you have 6 adults. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

Perfect spot, perfect vacay!!

We had a short girls trip to celebrate a birthday, this location is amazingly close to everything we needed! We had beach, pool and all the food and shopping we needed for a low-key getaway! We will be back!!!

Excellent location

The property was right on the beach with great access and nearby amenities (restaurants, shops). Clean and mostly updated, this location accommodated our party of six and provided for a relaxing respite in the Charleston area.

Great location - never stayed that close to the water

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to Center Street with all of the shops and restaurants. We had never stayed anywhere that was that close to the water! We loved it and would go back today!

Great location

Great location, once we parked and unloaded the car we didn’t have to drive again. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The condo itself was pretty well stocked with kitchen equipment. Master bedroom was spacious with a decent bathroom attached. My only criticism is that there was a bit too much furniture squeezed into the rental. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again.

Good… but NOT as pictured

Let me preface by saying this was good but not impressive for the price. The VRBO photos were also not updated nor an accurate representation. We kept a list all week and this review is very unbiased. - The microwave handle is detached from the microwave. - The couches are very stained and worn, they really need to upgrade on this. - Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. - The balcony door has no lock which was concerning regarding safety and security. - The refrigerator pans were broken. - There were no sheet pans. - There were extra pillows but no pillow cases which leads for an unsanitary situation if you need extra pillows. - Dishes were put away wet in the cabinet. - We enjoyed the fam provided in the closet. Nice touch. - Breath taking views. - Responsive staff. - Looks like it was cleaned well. - Non noisy dishwasher. Overall, we enjoyed our time. I do not believe it is worth it for the price, even with the beach convenience. Would consider to stay again if they renovated to make the actual place accurate of the description and photos listed.

Fantastic Views

Overall a great stay. The property had amazing views, terrific amenities and a great location with access to alot of restaurants. The unit was not as clean as we expected and does need updating. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Graceful Egret is exactly how they described on the beach. When we first arrived the air didn't work, but they immediately brought fans and sent a tech to fix it. The livingroom furniture needs some cleaning. We threw blankets over the furniture. We loved the location and the choice of 2 pools.

Not worth the price

We paid a premium for this property, and it was definitely not worth it. Although the location was great, the condo was dirty, the vacuum was broken, power cord missing from the TV, no broom or dustpan, missing lightbulbs, no kitchen towels, only salt, pepper, sugar and a can of tuna was in the cupboard. No coffee filters. No kitchen towels. Furniture was filthy. Room darkening shades needed in front two bedrooms because light filter through the mounted shades all night long. Mold in the grout in all three bathrooms. Appears floors have been vacuumed but not mopped. Roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Some of the glasses and dishes put away in the cabinets were dirty and none of the cabinets nor kitchen drawers were organized. We were most disappointed with this property. Contacted property management company and they said they would bring a vacuum, TV, broom and dust pan. They brought a vacuum and TV, but no broom and dust pan. I asked for a partial refund and got no answer. Definitely NOT worth the extravagant price!

Great location

This condo was in a great location and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in, parking and overall facility was great. It was clean enough, although it could have been a little better. The only 2 complaints I have is the furniture and kitchen supplies. The furniture in the main area is too bulky for the space, although pretty, there were a lot of unnecessary decoration items around. The bigger concern with the furniture was all the glass tabletops were a bit dangerous for our kids. They often bumped heads on it and we were scared they would break items with all the glass and beach rocks around. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were no measuring cups, as well as other common items. No plastic cups, plates or bowls for kids. Again, a worry with the kids eating on the glass table. We did enjoy the place just wished it was a little more kid friendly living space!
