"We always stay at Charleston Ocean Villas when we come to Folly Beach. We love that all the condos are oceanfront and we can easily walk to the quaint downtown. Charleston is only about a 15 minute drive. You can keep as busy as you want or do nothing but walk the beach. We usually come off season - we have visited in January, March and October. We look forwarding to our next trip to Folly Beach and Charleston Ocean Villas. "

"This location was perfect for getting around Charleston. We were never farther than 30 minutes from everything. You could easily bike to the beach. The patio view of the river was pleasant and we saw dolphins everyday we were there.The kitchen was small but accommodating to cook family meals. Overall, it was clean and the process was easy. We would come here again."

"The only thing that would have made our stay better. At night you can see in the living area. We figured out that if you turn the porch lights on. It helps but if you covered the windows like in the bedroom. Also a few hooks to hang up clothes would be nice. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"Five Palms is a very nice condo, great amenities and perfect location overlooking the river. One can enjoy the bird life in the palm trees, viewing dolphins in the river, and poolside respite from the heat. "
