The hotel is in a great location with ease of access from the train station (with a 5 minute walk) and to the duomo and basilica. The rustic style of the hotel fits in with the ambience of Florence, but the mazes to get to the hotel rooms can be a bit difficult with suitcases. The breakfast room was quite crowded and could benefit from a timing system for guests to book a breakfast time.

Great location
Great little place at a good location close to train station. The only downside for us was that the room was very dark as the windows had shutters that we could not open.

Clean property, but lacked basic amenities. No in room fridge or safe. Very basic room and tv with no English options for viewing. Front reception staff were good, allowed us early check in but in a different room to what we paid. Close to station which is why we booked - but can get better options for the price.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was terrific. Just a short walk to the Academia and San Lorenzo. Will definitely stay there the next time I visit.

It is very dated. Our room was tin-only place we could open our suitcase was on the floor in front of the door. The wardrobe should be removed to make more space in the room. The shower was the smallest ever- no more than 2 ft square! I’m an average person and it was challenging showering. Not handicapped accessible. Front desk help was very helpful and kind!

Great place near the train station
Great counter staff. Room was nice and spacious. Not much amenities provided and the breakfast is meh at best. But otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Cute Basic Hotel in Center
This hotel is in a perfect location and includes a generous free breakfast and has a very nice staff. The rooms are modestly sized but they are clean and pleasant; it feels like an old-fashioned hotel that is a perfect option for travelers such as me who are comfortable with traveling on a modest budget. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are fantastic. Helpful and friendly. The accommodation is clean and beds are big and comfortable, but everything is a little dated. The location is right in the heart of Florence, near the ststion and landmark Duomo cathedral

In general the hotel was great. It is really well located, 3 minutes away by foot from the train station. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff is super friendly and appart from the breakfast they offer, they also have daily houskeeping which is nice. The only couple of problems we ran into, were that the water pressure is really high so working out the shower is a bit tricky, and that the WiFi signal wasn't great. Those are things that didn't really bother us but is something to keep in mind if those two details are important for you.

Hotel is dichtbij het treinstation. Alle bezienswaardigheden in Florence liggen op loopafstand van het hotel. Vanaf het vliegveld kun je met de tram naar het centrum in ongeveer 25 minuten. Ontbijt is goed met voldoende keus. Koffie smaakt prima. Ontvangst bij receptie met inchecken is prima. Ook voor vragen kun je terecht bij personeel van receptie en krijg je prima advies, Kortom prima hotel, goed ontbijt, centrale ligging en prima receptie.

Andrebbe fatta una ristrutturazione generale. Mi accodo a chi suggerisce di cambiare infissi ma il personale è molto gentile e cordiale. La colazione è un po’ essenziale, ma paragonata al prezzo pagato, non ci può lamentare. Struttura comunque pulita. Per una o due notti lo consiglio. Posizione strategica per la stazione ferroviaria.

It is a facility that gives you a sense of European history. Although the price is cheep, the location is perfect as the tram station is right in front of us and we can walk to sightseeing spots.The staff are kind and the breakfast is even better than I expected.

겨울 여행시 방문 추천 드립니다.
혼자 여행으로 짧게 1박만 하고 갔는데, 가격대비 숙소컨디션도 너무 좋았고 아침 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 다음에 또 오게되면 이 숙소에서 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 특히 친절한 호텔리어분들이 기억에 남네요:) (혹시 추위를 많이 타시는 분이라면 후리스나 입고 자도 괜찮은 겉옷 챙기길 바랍니다.)
