"This was our family trip for my father-in-law‘s 70th birthday and it did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location with a beautiful views that you’ll get nowhere else. With access to the peace and plenty I can’t imagine it being better. We were there mid July and had beach access the whole time. And our favorite part was the patio at the beachfront. We would definitely stay there again."

"The house was amazing. The beach was beautiful and private. We only saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time we were there. (We were there for a week). The house had many amenities...floats, umbrellas, chairs, extra sunscreen, bug spray, etc. The owners and house manager were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back!"

"BeauSoleil was a dream vacation! The prettiest house in the area. Best beach, best pool and hot tub and most fabulous water!! Couldn't have asked for a better location and Sam our host was super easy to reach and stopped by to give us a welcome tour. We spent two days boating but we also had 2 days to stay at the house and enjoy the amenities and the view. So happy we did! We made memories to last a lifetime! Can't wait to go back! "

"This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some, and his communication was top notch. "This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!"

"Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house. Nothing like having a private beach to yourself. Eric has probably been the most responsive host I've had and provided a phenomenal guide for the house and area. During low tide I recommend the walk across to the island on mosquito cay, the beach is unreal. Also before you head out to a local business or restaurant call ahead, they don't follow there posted business hours. Highly recommend will be back"
