"Nunca tomen la habitacion #10. Se escucha mucho ruido, esa habitacion esta junto al lado de la puerta de entrada que da a la calle, toda la noche ruido y en la mañana el tren, a todo hora ruido en el pasillo y personas entrando y saliendo se escucha todo!! Tambien sono una alarma en el pasillo a las 3 am y se fue la luz, no dormimos ningun dia, al aire acondicionado le falta mantenimiento. La cama no es buena"

"The staff was amazing, I lost my phone and they were attentive and asked frequently if I had found it which was really nice to know they cared. The building was gorgeous and we stayed in room 40 which was decorated nicely and was clean upon arrival. We would absolutely stay again."

"It was great! We received a warm welcome, plenty of tips, and more. The property is gorgeous and clean! It is a walking distance from the city’s main attraction, but there’s also a street car stop nearby. We felt really at home! We would definitely stay here again! "

"Ha sido una buena elección, si bien la habitación no era muy grande, estaba bien para nuestro objetivo, que era conocer la ciudad de New Orleans, caminando y estaba muy cerca de todo. Excelente atención del personal y buen ambiente. Es muy importante que te ofrezcan el estacionamiento en el mismo Hotel, aunque sea un poco caro. Volveríamos sin duda. "

"Loved the property, room and location. Property management (Chris) was very helpful and accommodating. "

"Our family really enjoyed our time at this property. The suites gave us all the space we needed as well as time together. Each room is decorated in a unique way that fit well with all the personalities in our family. Only downside for us was the train that came through the area being very loud and the abandoned building behind the house. However, this property had plenty of security measures in place and the rental owners were fantastic hosts. "

"From the beginning to end of our stay our experience was great. Finding the property, parking and obtaining the key all went smoothly. We were able to get settled in quickly and relax. The location allowed us to walk to several yummy restaurants and shops (even in the August heat). While there is a Whole Foods very close we enjoyed Langenstein’s Grocery Store a few blocks further that had everything we needed including some fabulous prepared foods. "We stayed with our teenage son. The cottage is great: it's right on St. Charles but tucked away behind another house so there's almost no street noise in the cottage. The cottage has a great kitchen and sitting area and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The interior designs is cozy and fun. We would definitely stay again!"

"We had a great 5-night stay at Southern's Beauty1! The property was very clean, quiet and convenient. Check-in and out was a breeze. The gated private parking was definitely an added benefit! The location was ideal for our event (Bar Exam) at the Ponchartrain Center. Sam was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!!!"
