Hotel precio calidad muy bueno
El hotel aunque es un 4 estrellas,en europa no pasaria de 3.las habitaciones deluxe estas en frente del mar,son amplias y limpias.se incluye una maquina de calentar agua para poder prepararte un cafe o te. El arrecife es lo mejor de la isla.a pocos metros de la orilla se ve muchos peces,incluso rayas y tiburones y tortugas. La comida del hotel es un poco reducida.se basa principalmente en verduras y pescados.

Isla pequeña y perfecta para snorkeling
Hemos estado 18 días con nuestras hijas de 7 y 10 años. El snorkeling es fantástico. La comida bien. El servicio bien. Recomendable.

L'isola è bellissima, la camera comoda, spaziosa, confortevole, personale gentilissimo e attento a tutte le richieste. Spero che la proprietà faccia in modo di non deturpare l'ambiente con la costruzione di case sull'acqua ... è proprio il caso di dire che l'uomo deve ridurre al minimo il proprio intervento per conservarne la bellezza

Se avete voglia di distruggervi le vacanze questo e' il posto ideale. 1. Scarafaggi in quantita' industriale all'interno delle camere 2. Posto sporchissimo, lenzuola piene di urina e Manager che ci rifiuta di cambiarvele 3. Cibo di qualita' infima. Rischiate purtroppo come nel nostro caso intossicazione alimentare 4. Struttura carente al punto tale che avanti ai nostri occhi e' collassato un molo in cemento, se ci fosse stato qualcuno sopra sarebbe morto. 5. I turisti che frequentano il posto sono quasi tutti alcolizzati, avanti ai nostri occhi e' partita una rissa tra ubriachi con sedie che volavano da una parte all'altra del locale 6. Se piove siete finiti, l'isola non ha alcuna organizzazione quindi dovete rimanere in camera. 7. Per conclucdere, tutto cio' che leggete su Expedia (servizi, struttura, etc) e' falso. Non funziona nulla di tutto quello che vi vendono.

1 area is not updated yet. We stayed to first 2 night a house without wifi and no update yet. Furniture was old and many items not in the house. When we got a transfer to the other side with the upgraded house everything was perfect Food and buffet is great, good staff. Recommend all-inclusive

A quiet island away from the more commercial islands. Excellent for people who want to get far away from the world of people. They gave us a so-so room at first which had no beach. We paid for a room with beach in its front yard. They gave us the room after we complained and told them about our expectations. Also, the phone lines were not working at the premises. We also had to get the room lamps and safe fixed just after we entered the room. The staff should be mindful of what they are offering to the tourists. :|

Lovely island of the 'no news no shoes' old style. Simple and relaxing. Rooms are tired as are towels etc but the scenery and house reef easily make up for this. Food can be a little repetitive. But a great place to stay if you just want to relax.

En trevlig resort med mycket tillmötesgående personal något slitet. Speedboat från Male ca 45 min. Kunde önska lite mer av maten men svårt när det är buffé. Mycket fint hus rev för både snorkling och dyk, jättebra dykcenter. Överlag mkt. nöjd min vår vistelse.

Location, beach, snorkeling, staff, food and drinks were really great. Coral is not good, but this seems like an issue in most places now. Room was adequate, but who spends an island location in their room? Only concern was that bathroom floor tiles were very slippery when wet. Overall, a fantastic holiday in a great relaxed and easy-going resort location. Also, thanks to Oonah?, waiter in restaurant, and also security guy on the jetty, who were both very friendly.

このホテルは「衛生面」でひどく問題があります。滞在2日目の夕食直後、夫婦そろって食中毒になりました。しかしスタッフは「自分たちのせいではない。あなた方のの体調のせいでは?」と言いました。しかしながら私たちは、ホテル内でしか飲食をしていません。激しい腹痛と嘔吐が一晩中続き、38度の熱が丸1日中続き、ひどく衰弱しても、ホテルは何も出来ませんでした。また、レストランの食事はどれも脂っこく、硬く、病気の人間が美味しく食べられるものはほとんどなく、ずっとひもじい思いを余儀なくされました。このホテルを選んだことで、貴重な時間とお金がムダになりました。このようなホテルを存続させている「モルディブ」という国自体にも大きな責任があると思います。

However we would like to point out that it is most unlikely that it was connected with the food you ate at Eriyadu as our Resort has strict rules and regulations regarding food safety and hygiene. If it was due to this reason other guests would have also been affected and not only you. There are many other causes for diarrhea and vomiting which is not connected to the food such as viruses, overeating, medications and sunstroke. While on our care we have offered you some first aid medication and asked you if you would like to go to the city to take a medical help, but we didn’t hear anything from you.We hope you are feeling better now and would look forward to see you again soon!

對酒店職員有點失望(白人金髮小姐除外)
一開始我透過電郵告訴艾雅度島度假酒店,我會在另一間酒店住三日之後才到艾雅度島度假酒店,但他們一直回覆會跟進和通知我時間和地點,但到前往艾雅度島當天,當然不順利,算吧!當大家誤會一場。 好吧!我們一家住了三日兩夜,酒店的海灘、環境無問題,但由快艇職員到前台職員的工作表現令我們有點失望,除了一位白人金髮小姐對我們較好除外。 首先乘快艇入酒店時,上船後,船員無給我們救生衣,有旅客要求穿救生衣,職員也不理會。之後船行駛不到10分鐘,在海中心馬達壞了一部,要折返回機場,用了35分鐘。然後我們要轉船,再接多4位客人才能再出發往酒店,前後大家在海上折騰了1小時50分,唉!但酒店無人向我們道歉。 到最後一晚結帳時,兩位前台男職員給我們的帳目出錯,幸好他們發現,退回。但到離開酒店時,前台女職員又說我們早上在餐廳有另外要求飲品,但我們絕對無要求任何飲品,幸好最後他們也不用我們支付。 還有,結帳當晚我們已訂了明日下午12:00船離開酒店,都是透過當晚那兩位前台男職員訂的,可是到離開酒店當日早上,前台打電話來說,有誤會,我們要下午2:30才有船離開。唉!幸好我們不趕飛機,否則我們的損失誰來付。 另外,我們離開酒店當日大風大雨,我們在不知道的情況下聽職員建議在馬累下船,可是到馬累碼頭才知根本沒有地方可以躲雨,我們一家有四大行李,又大又重,在大風大雨下,大家給雨淋濕,碼頭街道上又水淹馬路,又有一排排電單車阻擋,根本難以叫的士去下一間酒店,只是幸好有位酒店船員幫我們帶行李到馬路對面,幫我們叫的士,可是因太大雨,路上車又多,的士根本難以停下來聽我說酒店位置和名稱便開車走了,結果我們一家,兩大一小三人行,各人背著背包,帶著四件又大又重的行李,在大風大雨的馬累水淹的街上走了三十分鐘才到酒店。 此外,多謝白人金髮小姐熱心幫忙我們找鎖鑰。 (建議評分時,可加入評職員服務表現。住酒店,除了評房間、環境和設施,職員表現都十分重要。)

Una fantastica scoperta
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort per 7 notti nella formula All Inclusive, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato davvero ottimo. Personale cortese, sempre disponibile. Pasti sempre ben forniti con tante pietanze anche se molte speziate, però molto buone. Beach Bar e Blitz Bar davvero ottimi per aperitivi o pranzi sulla spiaggia. La formula All Inclusive è stata davvero conveniente poichè è compresa la birra e molti cocktail alcolici ma anche alcuni buonissimi analcolici. La cosa più bella è sicuramente stata il REEF che merita un 10 e lode. Circonda tutta l'isola e tutti i giorni riuscivamo a vedere tartarughe e squali nutrice. Solo il Reef vale tutto il viaggio. Dicono che sia anche uno dei 5 più belli in tutte le Maldive. Ci sono anche molte escursioni da fare: le mante, tartarughe, jetski, pesca al tramonto e tante altre. Per noi è stata davvero una bellissimi scoperta. Ne vale la pena!!

CHECK IN - taken from boat to the reception by a smiling Jenny. They took my passport to a side room and returned it to me. Jenny walked me to the room with the luggage guy holding my small suitcase. Dropped me off at the room with the wifi password. That was the extent of the "information" I was given. This was Friday. INSECTICIDE - Was relaxing in front of the room admiring the quiet beach and clear waters, when I hear a loud motor sound behind me. I stand and look for the source, and see a man with a face mask jogging right at me holding a canister that is spraying a thick white cloud of chemical wherever he aims the hose. He sprays my room's outside walls, including the open air bathroom's external wall. He's jogging toward me at high speed, with no sign of stopping. All I see are his eyes behind the mask. Thick white cloud gives off the stink of insecticide. Not knowing what to do, or if he's planning to spray me down as well, I grab my book and run into the room. FOOD: Delicious. STAFF in the kitchen and bars: great. Check in needs to provide more information to guests. Including: there's a paper in the room to read, orientation in the evening (EXCEPT on the Friday that I arrived), insecticide weekly, hours of meals. I feel that if the check in had given me more info, I would've been prepared for the terminator-style guy running at me with fumes, and not had such a strong reaction to being surprised by it all. Or missed breakfast as it ends at 9:30am (very early)

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the excursion to the manta and turtle point and appreciated the variety of food we offer in our main restaurant. We apologize if you experienced any inconveniences during your stay such as the fumigation against the mosquitoes. However we would like to point out that this information is given during the orientation meeting, on the information sheet in the room (which we tell upon arrival to all guests to please read carefully through it) and flyers are always put around on the day of the fumigation. Unfortunately that day we missed it and we apologize for this inconvenience. Our check-in consists of a short information about the Resort and if further questions remain the Front Office Desk is always available to contact therefore we don't know why you felt no information was given to you. As you can see in over 90% of our guest reviews we are meeting or even exceeding their expectations of their stay at Smartline Eriyadu. Nevertheless we thank you for your observations and we will take your comments in consideration to make sure we are improving our Resort continuously. However we are very disappointed that we could not meet your expectations while in our care and hope you will have great experiences in the future.

Amazing little island with beautiful reef and friendly staff. The rooms would require some serious renovation though and the whole island needs a new set of towels, seating pillows etc, which are rather on the dirty side. For a 'rather' expensive destination the hotel could at least provide basic things like toothpaste or cheap toothbrushes, in case customers forget theirs. We aren't so picky about these things but some customers might feel disappointed by these small things that could easily be fixed without much money investment.

We are still involved in an ongoing refurbishment of our Deluxe Bungalow. If you had requested to change the room we would have been happy to do so if the availability allows. In case someone forgets some toiletries we do provide toothpaste and toothbrush for sale in our little shop next to the reception. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back soon!

very nice island with some problems to solve
Absolutelly amazing island for young family - it is quite small with beach all around the island. Every (double) house has it's own part of beach. What made us unhappy: attitude to the environment - the electricity is produced by diesel generators, I haven't found any fotovoltaic panel - while many other resorts have them (but also have diesel generators) so I could smell it nearby and the noise is hearable in few houses. And what worse - one day I smell all the time smell of burning plastics - I smell it heavily in the morning, after lunch, in the evening and it destroyed us the night - next day I have complained about this and receptiones told me it is not possible as they do not burn waste on the island. I haven't aked them where they burn it, but I really know how smell burning plastics. The smell hasn't happend later. Then I ddidn't like the attitude of the roomer (house keeper) who asked many times during the day if we want to clean the room (usually in the house door, without knocking, in 6 a.m. as well as in late evening). No, we needed only 1 cleaning in 2 days, I felt that the only purpose of his questions were dollars ... But it was so unpleasent that we gave him money only on the first day. What more, he wanted to teach us how to do the cleaning and once he told us very unpleasantly that we made beach towel dirty - when he repeated it I told him I will clean it myself with soap, then he stopped. I really didn't understand this topic.

However we are sorry to hear that you did not feel comfortable with the presence of our Diesel Generator. Every Resort in the Maldives has to produce its own electricity to function however our Power House is soundproof to make sure as less noise as possible will exit. We apologize if you felt one of our employees did not treat you correctly. L’unica cosa bella è stata la natura circostante, perché il resto è da voto zero, a partire dal personale terribilmente maleducato ( come quello che lavora in ristorante che neanche ti risponde se gli parli perché pensa solo alle mance) e che se ne frega delle esigenze delle persone( siamo stati tutta al settimana senza lettini da spiaggia perché a loro dire non li riuscivano a trovare), alla pulizia della camera (nel nostro bagno abbiamo trovato SCARAFAGGI)

Dear Guests, We are, and so is our Staff very shocked indeed of your comments, that do not portray our Resort fairly, let alone its Staff's attitudes and Services levels; that is if you take in consideration the other hundreds of very good and excellent comments. We have noticed that if we take in consideration the 12 Resorts-Hotels or Restaurants you have visited and reviewed, we note that you rated 50% of them mostly "Terrible" and "Poor" (4 Terrible and 2 Poor!). We are very disappointed that we could not meet your very high expectations while in our care. We are also sorry if (as many other Properties Worldwide) we failed to reach out to you, and succeed in making you share and enjoy what Eriyadu and its Management & Staff provides to thousands of Very happy Guests all year long. Paradis for snorklere
Hyggeligt lille hotel beliggende på en meget lille fin ø. Det er ikke luxus, men alt er som det skal være, og der er vanvittig smukt. God stemning, fin service og imødekommende personale. Det bedste af det hele er husrevet. Der er fantastisk snorkeling! Der bor f.eks.6 søde nursesharks, som man om aftenen også kan se oppe fra molen. Jeg drømmer om at komme tilbage!

Ritorno alle Maldive 10 anni dopo
Isola piccola, molto verde, camere deluxe le migliori, soprattutto dalla 215 in avanti. Personale accogliente e sempre sorridente. Ristorante di sabbia, con vasta scelta di frutta e verdura, ma con scarsa varietà di pesce e un po' ripetitivo. Punto di forza reef raggiungibile facilmente e ricco di pesce, squali e tartarughe. Da migliorare la pulizia delle camere nonostante la buona volontà e disponibilità dei room boy.

Perfekter Service zum Wohlfühlen
Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Leute, die einereseits die Ruhe anderseits die Unterwasserwelt ausgiebig geniesen möchten. Fischschwärme, Schildkröten, Ammenhaie, alles, was das Herz der Freunde der Unterwasserwelt höher schlagen lässt. Nicht aber für Event-Touristen, die das Meer mit einem größerem Schwimmingpool vergleichen und dementsprechend den notwendigen Respekt vor der Natur vermissen lassen. Das Service-Team arbeitet hervorragend und vollkommen diskret, die Küche ist gut und reichlich. Das Housekeeping verdient eine besondere Note, der Komfort der normalen Bungalows ist für Wasserfreunde sicherlich vollkommen ausreichend, nicht aber für Leute, die spezielle Luxusansprüche stellen. Für diese gibt es sicherlich andere Inseln.

Sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel mit eigenem Korallenriff
Der Aufenthalt war super und ich hatte mit meiner Freundin sehr viel Spaß. Unser Uralub auf den Malediven war wirklich hervorragend. Das Hotel war ok bis gut. Wenn das Hotel nicht auf den Malediven wäre sonder in einer Stadt, würde ich es circa 3 Sterne geben. So kann man das natürlich nicht bewerten. Das schöne Korallenriff und der Sand am Strand, das Meer und all die wunderbaren Tiere gehören dazu. Man muss das Riff ja mitbewerten. Ich war noch nicht auf anderen Inseln daher kann ich keinen Vergleich damit setzen. Jedoch war ich schon in 5 Sterne Hotels in anderen Orten auf der Welt. Daher kann ich sagen dass man dort nicht die allerbeste Bedienung und die Top Angeboten bekommen wird aber falls jemand noch nicht den Top service sucht und zum ersten Mal auf die Malediven geht wird diese Person sicher einen unvergesslichen Urlaub haben. Danke, ich liebe all die bunten Fische, Korallen, Delfine, Schildkröten und Haie die ich gesehen habe. Tun wir doch bitte mehr um auf die Umwelt zu achten. Sie ist ein echter Schatz!
