"They had to move us to a different hotel because the elevator was out in the press house. We stayed in the Williams and the experience was awful. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either."

"Nice house. Kitchen well equipped, but has no counter space for preparing a meal for 7 people. Motion sensor faucet in full bath was inconvenient, but shower was good. Keurig coffee maker quit working. After our granddaughter locked us out of all the bedrooms, the owner brought keys to unlock them. Very nice of them. Location close to fireworks view from Grandview park."

"The communication was not very good. I kept having issues with the check-in. The only way I could straighten it out was to call directly. They put me on a side where construction was going on, so they were working from 630 am in the morning until 6 pm. I was happy with the room; it was clean and nice. It was disappointing that they couldn't put me on a quieter side. I didn't know how to contact them to solve this. The fact that everything was remote , left me with a bad experience. There should...

"The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking ” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....
