This place is suitable for families only and this is NOT a party place.

    Family friendly house with 4 bedrooms (three master bedrooms), 3.5 washrooms, kitchen, living room, patio, backyard, etc. Our house is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Features include:

We had a great stay. The host communicated with us as needed. Everything was clean with many amenities provided. The place was spacious with room for everyone. I would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Pittsburgh.

This is a lovely property! So well appointed, comfortable everything, immaculate, and close to all downtown Pittsburgh has to offer! We felt entirely safe and were extremely comfortable here. Several nice restaurants nearby. Stadiums in walking distance. I highly recommend this 4 bedroom townhome for your next Pittsburgh visit!

We had a great stay! We had plenty of space for our family and it was easy to navigate to where we had to go from this property. We appreciated how clean everything was and how many bedrooms had bathrooms.

Were in town one night for a concert at the PPG arena. The place was very nice and comfortable for our stay. It was a 30 minute walk from the arena.

We loved our stay. Super simple and very convenient to the stadiums. Parking was a breeze. Bring extra pillows and blankets but other than that we had a great time

Beautiful home!

We stayed at Arthur’s home for the weekend to attend a Steelers game. The home was extremely well appointed and clean. Had everything we needed and was the perfect location close to everything downtown. Would definitely recommend this home and will stay again!

Memorable Pittsburgh getaway

This was our first time booking through Vrbo and all 8 of us had a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as depicted on the listing. It was very clean, had comfy beds & had historic charm and modern updates. We will definitely book through Vrbo again and will look for Arthur as the host.

Nice option near downtown Pgh

Very nicely rehabbed row house in transitioning neighborhood. Grocery a block away. Easy walk to PNC Park, The Warhol, and the bridges to downtown Pgh. Plenty of room for cooking, dining, lounging. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Loft Home

Was in town for the National Senior Games held at the convention center just across the river. This location was perfect and convenient to everything located downtown or on the north side. The house is amazing. Very spacious, well maintained, and clean. Highly recommend.

We stayed here as a base for exploring the city and attending a few Penguins hockey games. The location is great, a short walk to the Giant Eagle grocery store and on street parking is great. You do need to email the parking authority for a temporary parking permit, but that is quick and easy. The home is very spacious and clean. The kitchen well stocked with cook wear and utensils. There are plenty of bedrooms and they are spacious. The only negative I could give is some of the blinds in the bedrooms need to be replaced. But it wasn’t enough to interfere with sleep. Great communication with the owners. They are on top of the rental and very responsive. Over all I would highly recommend this location if you need the space.

Just Perfect!

What can I say. This place checked off all the boxes, and then some! My family enjoyed all the amenities of the clean and fully furnished home, as well as its locality. It was so close to the city, stadiums and nightlife, that (barring any traffic) everything was within just couple minutes drive.
