Overall it was a nice property. The only issues were the AC unit on the main floor bedroom, issues with the code access, and the bugs. The AC unit in the first floor bedroom didn't vent the heat outside, so the unit blew both hot and cold air, which made the room uncomfortable. The bugs were everywhere. It would be better if it was treated a few times during the year to reduce the impact to people who stay there. Lastly, it was required to download an App to get access to the house, which we did. However the App couldn't download the code needed to unlock the door. We had the leave the back slider unlocked, so that we could get access after the host let us in the first day. Not ideal, but we made it work. Other than the minor hiccups, we did like the house and we would stay there again.

Family Reunion in Bethel Park

Stayed for a long weekend to visit family in BP. This house is great for accessing all things in Pittsburgh(public rail transportation is just down the street). Inside of the house is very comfortable and clean. Our Golden Doodles loved the big back yard!

The hostess with the mostest

Chesleah was phenomenal. She was there for me anytime I needed her and was very communicative. Definitely going to be coming back whenever I hit town absolutely obsessed.

Highly recommend

Great host, location and property! It had everything we needed and more, was clean, and check in and out was very easy. The host was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Christmas stay

My family and I stayed over Christmas, kitchen was stocked well, dining area was great, the only problem is that we would have liked to used the bed in the office as a queen but some of the wooden slates were missing so had to use it as a single

Great for Families with a Dog!

Everything was beautifully decorated and laid out for our family's stay, and everyone found a space that they could enjoy, even our dog, who enjoyed the spacious fenced-in yard! We also enjoyed playing some of the board games that were available.

Perfect place

So clean and dog friendly. Every detail has been carefully thought out. Fenced yard, dog bowls, tons of comfy places to rest. Excellent stay. Would stay here again and again.

Not as secure as advertised

The backyard is not fully secure like said and our dogs got out multiple times easily. Needs to be fixed before others stay and find their dogs missing too. Need to bring your own paper goods including paper towels and garbage bags….

Cleanliness and security

The owner was very communicative and responsive. However, the cleaner of the property is extremely incompetent. The owner did waive our cleaning fee and had the cleaner come back out but everything was still dirty. From the dishes having food on them, to our pillows being stained, everything was gross. We had to smell everything to make sure it was clean before using it. The house was in a great area and the layout is nice. You can tell the owner or some work into making it look nice but it has not been kept up on. There was a mouse in the basement and mild in one of the bedrooms. I love the owner but I would not stay there again. Also the security system didn't work. The screen wouldn't load on the main floor nor the basement and the owner couldn't get it fixed.

Stop scrolling! This is THE PERFECT SPOT.

This adorable house is the perfect spot. The attention to detail is amazing. A well stocked kitchen, so comfy beds, space to spread out, close to downtown-what else could you ask for! Check-in process was a breeze. Communication with Chelsea was superb! Will be booking again for our summer visit in the Burgh.

Perfect for family and my dog!

The Dog Haus is the place to stay in Bethel Park, PA. This house and the host are the definition of perfect! We had four kids under 10 and 3 adults stay for 4 days. There was space for everyone and the house had all of the amenities we ever needed. My dog, Andy, LOVED the yard and found plenty of places to lounge inside. The dining table is large and accommodated all of us at meal time. The dining area, surrounded by windows, looks out onto the big, grassy back yard. We felt secure in the home and even though there are plenty of windows to look outside, the layout of the property still gave us privacy. Our host was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions that arose. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area(especially if you want a pet friendly place), then this is where you need to stay!! Thank you for giving us a place to relax!!!!

Lil Dog Haus was great for the family!

We came in to visit family in a neighboring township. This house is exactly as pictured, both dog and kid friendly in a nice neighborhood. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and can easily access downtown. I would rent it again!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our time in bethel park. The house was great four our large group and 2 dogs. It was a great location to get to all the places we wanted to do. Chesleah responded quickly with questions I had. I recommend this property.

The Dog Haus

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit. It has a big back yard for the dogs to play in and the house has some nice upgrades in the kitchen and main floor bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!

The Dog Haus -Perfect for lots of adukts

The house worked well for our family amd friends arriving from various States. We had private space along with a great family room/kitchen, while the backyard made our stay comfortable for all.

The best little family reunion

This house was exactly what we needed to visit family in Pittsburgh! We had 7 adults stay in the house and each little family unit had their own space. There was plenty of common space for us to hang out, watch football, eat food, and play games. Chesleah was so great at communication leading up to and through our stay! If we needed anything she was there for us! The kitchen is well stocked and the house is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would absolutely stay here again!
