"Great location and perfect for a family getaway!The host was great. Very nice and an excellent communicator. This house was perfect for my family on our little vacation. Very beachy! All rooms were nice. And the back yard was huge, fenced, and perfect for a fire or grilling. Downtown was a couple blocks away and is an easy, safe walk. Also, my pet was welcomed. He loved the back yard! I highly recommend this rental. Thanks, Tony!"

"We love the IP Beach House. After years of vacationing on the Cape, we stepped out of our comfort zone & chose the Indian Pass area. The house & location are perfect. The house is so comfortable & the decor is lovely. The owners have made maximum use of space & functionality. There is plenty of room, and the house is completely furnished with anything we could need. It was tough to leave this beautiful piece of paradise. We will definitely be back!!!"
