Dolphin View House #2

  • This recently renovated one bedroom one bath cottage is only a 10-minute drive to the beaches of St. George Island or a 10-minute drive to the historical Apalachicola. Dolphin House #2 is great for an overnight or weekend stay. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated, with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. In the Kitchenette you will find a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and small sink. (This house does NOT have a stove.) A propane grill is just outside the screened in porch. You can grill and enjoy a beautiful water view. This property is located between Dolphin House #1 and Dolphin House #3, all three homes share a driveway.

Really nice little place. It was so hot outside when I arrived but the house was nice and cool. Everything was as described and very comfortable place to stay.

The location was exactly as described. We had neighbors most of our stay and never even knew they were there except for seeing their cars. The only thing missing was a steak knife if you're grilling Will absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and met all our needs. Great view and close to every place we planned to visit. Communication with the host was easy. We certainly plan to return here in the future.

Dolphin 2 is a lovely, updated cottage. It was very clean and attractive. The parking is so convenient, because we could park close to the door, for ease of unpacking the car, and loading up to go home. Important to us senior adults. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little place to stay, no stove and small refrigerator but had a cook top burner and coffee pot. It was adequate for cooking breakfast. The shower needs a place to put soap and shampoo but otherwise great.

Parking was good location only a light in the area at night. We had everything we needed in the place. We even had a problem with the lock and they sent someone to correct it.

What a perfect little cottage to do all the happy things there are to do at East point, Apalachicola and St George Island! I only hope the places available when we're ready next year!

Perfect Beach Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was perfect for visiting the island. The bungalow was neat, clean provided everything you would need on a vacation. We really enjoyed coffee each morning on the screened in porch!

Excellent Place

This place was exactly what we needed for a wedding we were attending in Apalachicola. It was a short drive to the venue and was perfect for our family of 4.
