"It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. "

These have been mentioned in earlier reviews: shower curtain should be replaced, step stool to reach microwave, hooks for bathroom towels needed, and etc. The location was perfect for us, lots of towels supplied, coffee available. "This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

"The place was safe and secure, quiet and really clean! Comfy also....nice comfy bed, hot shower and the location was close to TONS of eating/drinking....Maxwells wine bar, Ghost Burger, Lost and Found bar, great coffee places withinn walking --Joy coffee house. We will book again here, my brother was a 10 minute walk from us, so convenient!!"

"Very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of this property. Perfect for two couples, or in our case, parents with two teenagers. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the condo and each has an attached bathroom. Ample counterspace in both bathrooms, which is essential when traveling with teenagers!Located right around the corner from the Shaw/Howard metro stop, it was so easy to get to and from the National Mall each day of our visit. "Un hotel en una area de la ciudad hermosa. un joven en la noche no se si era el gerente o no sé bien pero me pidió mi número de cuarto porque se me olvidó la llave y me pidió mi identification personal un poco grosero, se enojó porque subí al cuarto y bajé con la llave a recepción porque no abrió la llave que me dio y se enojó mucho porque según él yo le dije otro número de cuarto pero le di mi identificación, entonces al final no checo si era la persona que se estaba quedando en ese cuarto, cero cuidadosos, los demás muy buen servicio.
