"Incredibly good deal for the price. No elevator but my unit was a mini apartment with sofa bed, kitchenette stocked with utensils, cookware and real plates and glasses. Fridge/freezer was much larger than the under counter units in bigger chain hotels. There was even a washer/ dryer. Better than an Extended Stay in that regard.
Hotel manager was easily accessible by phone to answer questions and deal with a complicated booking situation. Got it resolved quickly and extremely favorably.

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were clean and all of the rooms had incredible views. This place is close to the farmers market and lots of restaurants. Parking was assigned to the room and it was safe. "

"We weren’t able to make it because of an emergency road closure. The host was incredibly quick and kind anout refunding our stay. Even though we never made it, I’d definitely try to stay here again after the great service we received. "

"If you are looking for a cheaper place to sleep and you are by yourself I think it’s ok! I stayed with my boyfriend and thought there was zero privacy. Walls were paper thin right next to some other rooms that had dogs barking. The bed made a very loud noise every time we moved to side. For hot water we had to keep the water very low and when my bf took a shower the water got cold. but again if you want to stay close to the volcano and want something cheap there are not too many options there...
