Great for large family or group

Overall we had a great experience. Plenty of room for large groups and the beach is a 5 min walk up the street. The local property mgr person was very quick and responsive to our call about the coffee pot being broken. The property mgt call center got the message all wrong. Fortunately the local person called to confirm our concerns. We would definitely stay there again.

Another Great Stay at Four Suns

Second time staying at Four Suns with a family of 13 ranging from toddler to teens to grandparents. Plenty of space for everyone to gather or to get away on their own. One of the best stocked vacation homes we've ever seen - plenty of kitchen gear, cutlery, towels, dish tabs, trash bags...we didn't even need many of the things we always bring. Great communication, very welcoming arrival - we'll be back again!

beautiful!

The house was lovely, in a great location and had all the amenities we needed for a week in Destin! It was Senior Trip week so it was a very busy time at the beach! Check in was smooth and secure and we appreciated the ability to put our bags in the back yard prior to the 4:00 check in! Our host was communicative throughout the whole process. 10 our of 10 would stay again!

Four Suns is absolutely fabulous! My advise - pick it for your stay!

We were so impressed with the properly - it is just like the pictures! The house was very well stocked and staff was extremely helpful. Everything in the home is cozy and comfortable (awesome beds and bedding). The property is maintained so well - we were impressed and already looking to book for next year. The only complaint we would have is the internet is spotty - but I believe it is the area. Turned out to benefit us as we spent more time by the pool and together than watching TV! Love this home!

Pool and beach five stars

Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Having a bathroom outside by the pool was very convenient. Short walk to the beach was great. Ping pong table was also a hit.

The good the bad and the ugly

First thing's first, this is not to bash this place, just simply to give an honest review for people who stay in the future. We rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had 10 people (including kids) staying with us. The house is huge and perfect for a lot of people. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. When I booked the place, I reached out 2 times via message to get more info before our trip with no response. The day before arrival I called to see if we could get an early check-in and they said to call back the next day. I called 4 separate times before we just gave up and came a little after 4. Once we got there, there was broken glass all over the front entrance which was alarming considering the kids wanted to instantly take their shoes off and run to the pool. Then upstairs in the kid's room, there were old crusted stains on the bean bag, weird red stuff was on the walls behind the TV in the living room and what looked like THROW UP on the side of one of the beds upstairs. This stain was large and something they could see as soon as they walked in. No pulling sheets back or anything to get to it. We tried to call management 2 other times that night with no answer. The kitchen floor has large gaps in the flooring, the trash can pullout was basically falling apart and the shelf in the kitchen looked like it could break at any moment. On Saturday, we got a visit from a property manager but only because the neighbors complained that the light on the side of our house was too bright at night. We pointed out all of these things to her and although she was very nice, nothing was done about it. This house is VERY CLOSE to the neighboring houses and our neighbors would blast music all day and night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the beach and the pool area was great for lounging--the kitchen was big enough for all of us, and even though it seems like I'm just nitpicking--we just expected things to be way cleaner and more maintained for such an expensive house who claims it gets "deep cleaned". The location to everything was great so take this review with a grain of salt and make a decision for yourself!

Great family fun!!

We were very pleased with everything ... a lot of appreciation for 2 washers and dryers since there were so many people. The kids loved the game room. The outdoor access to the bathroom was perfect ... eliminated a lot of running into the house all wet from the pool. The outdoor fridge, sink and grill made it so easy for our barbecue night and low country boil. the golf cart is a perfect thing to have and the kids all enjoyed the bikes Only complaint was that we were not given the code to the golf cart and the bikes ahead of time as we were given the door code. We finally got it on Saturday night. Overall, it fit our needs perfectly.

Beautiful Beach home

The property was very nice and the proximity to the beach was awsome. Having the 6 man golf cart to move the little kids and beach stuff was great. The property managers are amazing. The few times we needed to reach out they addressed our issues extremely fast. I would highly recommend this property or any other property managed by Florida charms.

Excellent stay!

Our family had amazing time! The property was clean and provided the perfect space for our family of nine. We had two couples so the everyone had their own room and bath. The pool area provided for great relaxation and gathering outside to enjoy the sun. The location is extremely convenient to the beach and the golf cart and bikes provide the perfect transportation to and from the beach. The location is also very convenient to restaurants and shops. Property management was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great stay in Destin!

Best Times

This property is wonderful! The house was clean and beautifully appointed. We were a group of 8 adults and 5 teens and 3 children and we all had enough space to join together when we wanted to be together, and plenty of space when we wanted to spread out. Having the two different living room/den areas was nice...one for the adults and an area for the kids. The kids enjoyed the ping pong and video games. It was also nice having two bedrooms on the main floor for the members of the family who wanted to avoid stairs. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate the majority of our meals at the house and we had all the pots/pans/ and appliances we needed to easily prepare and serve the food. The grocery is also very close which made picking up needed items very easy. The pool and back patio were fantastic. There was a nice table to enjoy meals outside, a fun bar area with a fridge and sink and seating areas both under cover as well as in the sun. It was also nice having a bathroom right off the pool. It was fun to read in the hammocks too. When it was time for the beach or a quick trip down the road, the bikes and golf cart made it very easy. It was also nice having the beach access right at the end of the street. The public part of the beach is not a wide stretch, so be sure you get down there early to find a spot if you are taking your own tents and umbrellas. There are beach chair and umbrella rentals available too if you would rather go that route. If you like to walk or run, there is a nice sidewalk on the main road that takes you by some beautiful homes and other sites. The rental company was also very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Family vacation

House was exceptional with plenty of room for everyone; had 21 people here. The only negative was the beach. Great beach, great water BUT, there was only about 60 feet of beach to set up chairs or tents for hundreds of people. Private property on both sides of this access so there was very little room. Very crowded with this small space. You had to set up chairs or tents at 6am if you wanted to have any chance to be close to the water.

Spring Break 2021

We loved everything about this property! The spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, large kitchen/living room area, game room, and bunk room for the kids were all perfect for our large group of 6 families with multiple kids!! We loved having access to the bikes and golf cart and the heated pool was the icing on the cake. We hope to stay here again someday.

Girls Weekend!

This house was everything and more! Plenty of room for all of us to have not only our own rooms, but bathrooms. The second floor had a ping pong table, air hockey table and a Pac-Man game which kept us busy on the rainy days. The house was very clean, the only downfall was the outside garbage was not emptied before we arrived so we had no place for ours. Other than that, every question we asked was answered promptly and politely. I would recommend this house!

A great house for a family vacation

A beautiful home that had everything we needed for our family’s stay. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and hammocks. The outdoor fridge and bathroom was very convenient. A lovely kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable beds, 2 laundry areas. The golf cart was also a great addition. Location was a quick golf cart ride or walk to the beach. Several great dining options, ice cream, grocery and spirits all very close by. We would love to come back and bring another family or two!
