Everything was wonderful. We used all the amenities and especially enjoyed the large dining room table for our Thanksgiving dinner for 8 plus 2 kids!! Highly recommend.

The house is nice and they did a nice job on the remodel. However, the beds were really bed. I reported this to the owners after we checked out and they said that they had another complaint about them and were going to look into changing them out. They also asked that any negative comments be directed to them so they could keep their 5 star rating. The bed had zero support in the middle so you just sank. I slept on the floor the second night. If they change out the beds I would give it 5 stars. If they don’t, I would avoid this location.

I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was great! Central location to get to surrounding towns and to downtown Denver. The house was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Only issue we had was there is no full length mirror, but of course that is very minor. Communication with Brandy was always fast and efficient. Highly recommend staying here!

You have such a beautiful home. It’s nice, quiet and peaceful. I do recommend doing a deep cleaning behind the couch ,Furniture etc… we ended seen some spiders coming out but besides that everything was amazing

This house was perfect for a gathering of friends. The enormous sofa in the cozy living room was comfy for hours of catching up and games. We enjoyed several meals around the large dining table and the outdoor table. The split level layout worked great for separation and privacy at night. Of course the hot tub was awesome. The host was very friendly and responsive and we enjoyed the hosts recommendations for outings and meals. Most importantly for me, the house was spotless! Nothing left to be desired!

Wonderful Vacation

Great location and we enjoyed being there for a week. Check in great and cooperation wonderful with owner was prompt and accommodating. A few suggestions—AC distribution needs balanced, Queen mattress on main floor needs upgraded and Dryer doesn’t dry towels. The room under steps was unable to be used due to odor.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in

Between easy check in & out, rapid responses to messages, and the best stocked kitchen I've seen in a while, this property is a 10/10. The beds were cozy, the couch fit our entire group, the hot tub was perfect, and the location was ideal to the activities we had planned. Nine adults fit comfortably and we will be booking again for our next Red Rocks adventure!

Perfectly perfect!

Great house with plenty of space for everyone! Had 9 ppl including 2 grand kid aged 2 & 4. Backyard was perfect for them to play when we were at the house. Excellent location with easy access to the zoo, aquarium and water park. Lots of nice parks in the area too. Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you would expect! I would happily stay here again!

Great location and house layout!

The house was perfect for four couples! The owner let us drop our bags off early so we could enjoy the day without carrying our luggage around so that was super helpful! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Family wedding.

My wife and I along with our youngest son, his wife and their three boys. And our son-in-law and four of his children and a boyfriend joined us in Denver for our oldest grandsons wedding. We all arrived on Thursday afternoon and were able to check in early which was so helpful for all of us to get cleaned up and dressed for a 6:00pm rehearsal dinner. After the dinner we returned to our accommodation and the grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. Three of the grandsons loved sleeping in the cove as it was unique and a fun place to sleep. Because of our busy wedding activities we didn’t have a lot of time to just kick back at our vrbo but the time spent there was wonderful. The ping pong table in the garage was also a hit. I would highly recommend this vrbo to any family gathering or a group of friends to join together and relax in this beautiful, clean and well decorated home. You will love it!

Great for big families

This was a fun house with enough space, seating, and bathrooms to accommodate our large family! We loved the outdoor space and my son loved the kids nook. Something to consider if you’re traveling with babies or elders is the home is very split level with two flights of stairs. Overall great stay!

Last fling before the ring!

This house has been the most amazing find in the Denver area! The home was beautiful and provided supplies you usually forget. Example: toiletries hair dryer kitchen supplies and seasonings! The amenities are far superior that staying at a hotel! Not to mention the hot tub was perfect for resting our tired muscles from hiking. Will absolutely book again next time we come to Denver!
