If I could give this property 10 stars I totally would. My family has been renting homes/villas in Florida or the Caribbean for 12+ years at least 1-2 times a year and this is one of our favorites. They have literally thought of everything you could possibly need at this home. From the setup up to the stocking of certain key items, we were so at home and it made it so hard to leave. The pictures do not do this home justice, just so bright and open and feels so much bigger with the setup. There is even a basket of extras if you forget something (yep I forgot my toothbrush, but they had one!)
Nicole is by far the best property manager we have dealt with in all our years. She took care of all of our questions and even answered questions we hadn't thought of! We ran into some bad weather approaching during our trip down and she put our minds at ease and was especially patient with all our questions (midwesterners don't quite understand hurricane warnings).
We are counting the days until we can get away again and come to this home in Delray as the location and property were just perfect for our family. We had my husband, grandma, myself and our two kids ages 5/11. There was plenty of space for everyone to make sure they could do their own thing but hang out together watching baseball or a movie at night and with a 75inch in the family room, it was a perfect setup for us.
The backyard oasis is amazing! Pool floats and toys galore and so everyone was happy. Our kids were thrilled to just stay home and swim all day and having dock on the waterway was a bonus! Again, pictures can't show just how private the backyard feels and just how it is setup for true relaxation. We really enjoyed turning on some music and hanging out at home.
Lastly, this location is amazing. Great neighborhood to go for a morning walk or jog and check out all the amazing homes....but with Dunkin down the street it is perfect for a morning coffee/donut run. Trader Joes, Whole foods, Publix less than a mile away...heck even Target...Everything is so close. Then 5-10 minute drive to Atlantic ave for all the great restaurants which are so great for a quick bite to eat or a full evening out if you want that.
I could go on and on about how great the house is, but just trust us, for us to want to go back to the same house, it says a lot!
