Home away from home with a glorious view!

Two families with a total of 12 people age ranging from 13-47. Clean, spacious living and sleeping provided comfort and relaxation. Fishing off the dock was fun for all and we saw dolphins two mornings while we were enjoying our coffee as we sat on the dock that looked over the Halifax River! Close proximity to beaches, eateries, shopping, etc. added to convenience of our stay. Our favorite was definitely the pool and hot tub- hours of enjoyment day and night!

Nothing short of Amazing!!!

We had 13 people rent this house for Bike Week Daytona. Booking was so easy. We wanted to use the garage to park our bikes so we contacted Monica who was great with answering all our questions. We had 3 vehicles, 3 trailers, and 8 bikes. There was plenty of parking for all the vehicles. Before we got there she texted to let us know we could go ahead and check in, that the house was ready and that there was fishing poles and live bait for us to use. We did some fishing and caught a few sting rays and some catfish. One day Captain Ken stopped by to let us know he would take us for a ride in his pontoon. The hospitality the owners showed us was exceptional. We asked one day if they had a few large pots that we could use because we wanted to do a low country broil. When we got in that evening, the pots were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. The house was very clean and roomy. The view was indescribable. Absolutely gorgeous!!! We didn’t get to use the pool because it was a little too cold for that. But all 13 people said they absolutely loved everything about the place. We definitely plan on staying there again in the future!

Football weekend

My group of 15 stayed here for a football tournament for my grandson. The amount of space that we had was amazing. When we first walked in it was breath taking. We planned on checking out some of the local places to eat but instead utilized the large kitchen. No one felt cramped for space even when there was 4 of us in the kitchen at one time cooking together. The suite above the garage was really nice even though we were only there for bed. A few chilly days while we were there but the kids still stayed in the pool and hot tub. The hosts were so sweet and quick to answer any of my questions. We will absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic stay/room property

My family along with my brother's family stayed in this great house over the Christmas week. It was very roomy for 11 of us between the main house and the guest house above the garage. Since the weather wasn't consistent while we were there, the kitchen/dining and living rooms were the perfect spaces to hang out inside along with the game room - the pool table & chess board got the most use! On the nice weather days, we were all outside taking in the sunshine in the large amount of chairs/lounge chairs available. The hot tub was also used ALOT! They had fishing poles and live bait for us to fish off of the newly remodeled dock and bags of ice in the freezer! Monica was available by phone and email and answered all of my questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great water front property

We had 15 people stay. We can right after hurricane Milton. The property was in great shape. We had excellent communication with the property manager when we did have some questions. My family really loved it and would come back again.

Great family vacation spot

The property was great for accomodating our large family. There was a great pool area out back and the dock was a fantastic added bonus! The house was close enough to everything while still being tucked away for privacy. The amenities of the house were perfect, there were tons of games, the pool table, a large kitchen in the main house and washer and dryer. This was definitely the perfect vacation house for us!

Good space for family, but not for everyone

The managers were responsive to questions (which goes a long way for our family), the space was good for the 13 in our family that stayed. The kitchen appliances and space are nice, and the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool! The pool table was also a great bonus for us. We saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, fish, birds, all from the dock! This house has potential. However, the description of the property needs some more accuracy. First: this house is NOT handicap accessible. While it is 1 story (main house), you have to go a full step down into the pool table room - which is where the front door opens to, and then a full step up into the rest of the home. The bedroom with the laundry has a step down to the bathroom and laundry area. There are areas outside where boards are not secured and flex so much when stepped on, that the ends stick up. There are several uneven and/or settled surfaces outside that presented some tripping hazards. We enjoyed being able to go out to the dock, but it needs some regular maintenance for screw heads working back out of the boards, and also some exposed wiring. There’s not a welcome book/guide to the home really. So, be sure to read the emails and ask questions. Again, the managers were responsive, which we really appreciated. There’s some improvements needed, but this could be a really nice place.
