"Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!"

"Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location."

"We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. "The condo was very clean. The jacuzzi didn’t work. Be cautious about the free tickets associated with the property. We did get a free ticket to Dollywood each day, but not the Titanic."

"Room was absolutely great. Close to downtown and an easy walk to all the shops and activities to do in town. Room was extremely spacious, especially the bedroom. Communication throughout the whole trip and process was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place near downtown Gatlinburg."
