The View was excellent!!! Easy to get to also, even though its way up there. TVs were great. Worth the price we paid, but I hate to say, underwhelming overall. Communication was excellent though from host!But, I dont consider this a Premier host listing because of a few things. The condo needs a thourough deep cleaning. Starting with the bathroom sinks, which we did for our 7 night stay. We had the heat and AC on so I looked at the furnace to check the filter. It was in backwards and that closet needs a major cleaning! A couple reviews mentioned it needs TLC. And it does! Painting and general upkeep not done professionally. Paint chips on all doors. Food scraps in bottow drawer in kitchen. Cobwebs in various places. Very loud people above us all week and the floor above creeks bad because of age. Could use a small cart for coffee makers and microwave to get off of counter that has no space. Kitchen not suited for major cooking. Needs more than 1 dish towel for 7 nights and only one trash can liner also.Not a 10, more like a 7. Address these issues and It could be fantastic with some attention to details.

Great place close the town.

This place is perfect. Great price and close location 8 mins to Gatlinburg 17mins from pigeon forge. One thing to make note of make sure you have a car you trust the drive up to the condo is pretty steep take it slow. We will be back!

Perfect mountain view

We had a lovely family girls weekend at this condo. If mountain views are what you're looking for this is it! Nothing but fun family time and giggles! Condo was clean, great communication, and no snags along the way!

Awesome views but…..

Pros- views were amazing. Pool and hot tub were great and new. We felt like it was a very safe neighborhood. Check in and check out was very easy. The king bed was super comfy and nice big TV in the bedroom. We didn’t use the other bedroom.Living room was very nice with comfy furniture.Cons- every room, door, and cupboard needs a fresh coat of paint. That would make a huge difference. We planned on cooking some meals but the kitchen was extremely small. My camper has a bigger kitchen. The oven worked fine but very small. You can’t use any burners on the stove because they are all so uneven. There is very minimum dishes and utensils. If your bringing kids bring your own cereal bowls, there’s only 1. If you’re planning on making coffee, bring your own filters. This is the only condo I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide coffee filters. There is only 1 dish towel and 1 dishcloth. The kitchen truely has the bare minimum.A little TLC would make this a 5 star place!!

Getaway Weekend

My girlfriend and I went for a little getaway weekend. The check in process was super easy however the listing online doesn’t truly show how the apartment looks. The kitchen was extremely tiny which was fine for just the 2 of us however all the dishes were absolutely disgusting all covered in grease films and food. The floors were also very dirty; our feet were covered in filth after walking on them so we kept our shoes on. However the bedrooms were very nice sized and the pool/hot tub was an huge plus! Overall the view was incredible. Every morning there were bear cubs and their mama below the balcony that we loved to watch. We loved the smokey’s and being in the mountains and want to go back but will consider staying elsewhere.

Amazing stay in the mountains!

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. There were only 2 of us that stayed so plenty of room. Beds were comfy and showers had great water pressure. Great size fridge that held all of our food and snacks we packed for our all day hikes. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo with Excellent Ownership

Mardi Gras break

Broke away from the Mardi Gras to see a little snow. The condo was great and just what we needed for our fam of 5. Little oven in the kitchen was perfect for our take and bake pizzas. The view was beautiful. 10 minute drive from Ober. Would stay here again.
