"Very nice and clean condo. We have stayed in this complex before in a different unit. This one doesn’t have the ocean view, but it’s much quieter as it is off the waking path. We enjoyed the chairs and played with the beach toys.Appreciated the nice beach towels that were provided. Great location. Easy walk to Belmont park. Parking in the open spot for this unit, while narrow, is MUCH easier than the garage spots we have had to use in the past. We will definitely look to stay here again! "

"We definitely enjoyed our stay! The condo was ocean-facing and we could hear the waves crashing all night. The resort is very nice and my children enjoyed the heated pool a lot. I only wish we could have stayed longer to really relax and enjoy the amenities. Know that if you want to go in the ocean, wetsuits are needed!"

"This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. "

"We had 6 of us staying in this home and we felt super comfortable. There was the beach not far from the house and food right near us. Parking was a fun challenge with our Minivan rental, but it all worked out for the best."

"I really enjoyed the complex. There was something for everyone with surfing, biggie boarding, the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The unit itself has a sticky door in one of the rooms that made it impossible for it to be opened without waking everyone. I was surprised that there was no salt or pepper. I wouldn't recommend this unit if you plan to cook, as the kitchen supplies are rudimentary.That being said, it was a great price and I can know to bring my own seasonings if I come again. "

"We've lived in Mission Beach years ago for 6 years. We love coming back with our family. This spot was perfect for our family. Very roomy. They had everything we could have needed. Very clean, felt like home away from home. We loved this location, we did come during our spring break, in April, which isnt prime season in Mission Beach, so summer might be different, but we were impressed with how quiet the area was. We always have the best time in Mission Beach. We will be back here for sure"

"The complex grounds are a little paradise: flowers, shade, running streams, walking pathways. It’s just lovely and so convenient to the beach, pier, and harbor. We love staying here. This unit is so nice and roomy. "

"The first thing we encountered was the view - spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. The house had everything we needed. The great room and adjoining kitchen was great for spending time together, watching baseball and cards. Also, the great room provided easy access to the private and community patios for watching the sunset or ocean. With easy walk to the town provides quick access to wonderful restaurants and also a nice walk to Sunset Cliffs. The location is centrally located to down...
