We had a great stay here. Loved that we had such a great vantage point for Pacific Beach Fest with the main stage right outside with a great view on the balcony. The taco contest was right below us... so delicious! The beach was so relaxing, and having all the restaurants and choices nearby was perfect.

Unbeatable Location and Ocean Views — Perfect for Families!

This place is worth every penny for the location alone — you can’t beat waking up to stunning ocean views and enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the world go by. The people watching here is truly entertaining and makes the stay even more fun. We have two kids under two, so we ended up cooking a lot of meals in, and the only downside was the electric stove, which was a bit tricky to use. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay — we’d definitely come back!

Great oceanfront location

Pacific Beach is a real beach town, but this apartment is located just to the north of the busiest/noisiest part of PB. Beautiful beach right outside the front window. Apartment is well equipped for a vacation stay.

Incredible location!!

Such a beautiful location, incredible views of the ocean and boardwalk, always something to look at. Easily carry the included beach chairs across walkway to the beach, yet even when you return to the unit, you feel like you’re still at the ocean because it’s right out your window! Plus a balcony where we enjoyed watching the daily parade. The unit is light and bright everything we needed. The agent answered our phone immediately when we had a question about the locks, which gave us a great sense of security. We can’t wait to come back!

Beach Vibes

We had a wonderful stay at PB. The place was stunning, and we could hear and feel the ocean waves/wind day and night. There was some construction that had to happen on the balconies, and our property manager was very supportive and provided some compensation for not being able to use the balcony. His response and care were appreciated.

Very nice

I think this property is better suited to a couple, or a couple with children. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious. The second bedroom, and bath, are very small with twin beds; not so great for an adult. The rest of the condo was very spacious with a front row view of the Pacific in all her glory!

Great location

This condo was perfect for our short spring break getaway. The view is spectacular and the location is ideal. Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. The building itself is old but the condo has been improved and has everything you need. The secure parking is nice also.

Amazing vacation rental

This place is even better than the pictures show!! The view is absolutely stunning from the living room, bedroom and the balcony! So many amenities including full kitchen, garage parking, boogie boards and beach chairs. We walked a very short distance to restaurants, shopping, and grocery store (Ralph’s). We made the best memories at this lovely property right on the beach! Thank you!!
