"The stay was disappointing overall. The rental is located right next to a bar, and the noise was constant, especially late into the night, making it very difficult to relax or get decent sleep. On top of that, the unit was poorly stocked. Basic essentials you’d expect (like sufficient bedding or kitchen supplies) were missing. The beds were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, restful experience."

"Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, very friendly host and neighbors. So nice to have access to beach gear and the great location made things so simple to walk to restaurants or grocery store. "

"The couch was horribly uncomfortable. The microwave needs to be replaced and there wasn't any coffee we could use. It was very close to boardwalk so you could hear people vomiting at 2am. Great for being close to action. Hot tub was disgusting and very unsanitary."

"Great location for oceanfront activities and very short walk to the beach. The house was tidy and neat. However, the lighting was dim and kitchen lighting fluctuates and during multiple electrical uses. Definitely recommend no more than 4 people due to the size of the unit. Also, the floors need deep cleaning . "

"Patio was dirty with cigarettes, and ripped stained furniture. Next to trash room and it smells. Parking had hanging pipes which made parking with a luggage carrier hard. No coffee pot, just Keurig. No vacuum.Locked out of commons area at 9pm, so don’t leave grills / cooking area after if you need to return, they don’t care if you leave the grill on and burn the place down (should be against fire code)"

"Great location in San Diego. Spectacular view of the harbor, Point Loma and the skyline of downtown. Comfortable beds and spacious living room. Underground parking was so convenient as there is little to no street parking. The AC worked great when the weather was warm outside. The balcony is great to have morning coffee on and to enjoy a glass of wine on in the evening. The airplane noise didn’t bother us at all. It is a perk to be that close to the airport when arriving/leaving SD."

"Everything was great once we got there. We had to call VRBO who then had the property manager call us but that was about an hour before checkin. Frustrating. Eventually it all came together and we had great time. Beautiful views and amazing location. We parked our car and didnt move it for 4 days."

"Nice place close to Pacific Beach. Loud area for family tho. Should have maybe stayed on the bay side. Parking is an issue if you have a large vehicle. Can park in a garage about a 30 minute walk from the unit. "
