"Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby."

"The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!"

"You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment...
