Very clean rustic cottage
Upon arrival, we were a bit skeptical. However, after looking around the inside, we discovered its charm. The house was very clean and smelled good. The cleaning person had just left. The bedrooms and beds were just as described. Location is perfect. The beach access is literally across the street. Getting to the Cocoa Beach strip was always a quick 5-10 min drive. Also, being on the River was pretty nice. The sunset views were awesome. I would suggest that the owner would supply the basic spices and oils for cooking. There were none, so we never cooked. Not even salt and pepper. We would have had to buy EVERYTHING. It’s strange because there are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Oh well, we enjoyed all of the local restaurants and beach bars. We stayed for a week for my 21 year olds college softball. Access to the Space Coast Sports Complex was an easy 25 min ride. We also did the NASA experience and saw a manned launch to the space station. All and all, I would recommend, just don’t expect new. This is more of a cottage with unique decor, lamps and lighting. We thought it was fun! And again, I can deal with cottage like atmosphere because it was super clean No bugs or ants.
