"This apartment has so much charm. It is located in a gorgeous old brick building with nice updates on the inside. Location is great and easy to get around to Duluth attractions. Everything was very accurate in regards to photos and details. It totally met our needs and expectations. "

"Beautiful old home in a great location! Host company was easy to work with and very responsive. Lake views from the porch and a comfy bedrooms and quiet neighbors. As others mentioned there are a lot of stairs, the kitchen and bathroom are on the second story and bedrooms and living room on the third. Not an issue for us but could be for others. We would stay here again! "

"We loved this unique location! It was a great place to relax and spend time together after a day of sightseeing. It had every thing we could need. "

"Modern and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Parking was a little confusing but easy to figure out once on the grounds. Parking pass was tempermental, did not always work. Assistance was available via an intercom. Rug in living room posed a trip hazard for our mobility challenged guest. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bathroom space for our toiletries. Host was readily available via phone"
