Stay was Aug 26-29 (incorrect above). The condo was cute but not quite what I expected. The neighborhood was rather unkept (weeds, rocks, under development apparently) and quite noisy at night…We did not sleep great. There were some neat shops nearby though. The beds were a nice king size but not super comfortable. Oddly, the condo itself (in an older building) was not level and it kinda felt like a tilt-a-whirl. The upstairs bathroom toilet had ##it stains and the walls were dirty when we arrived. So I wonder if it had been cleaned thoroughly. However, there were plenty of clean towels, nice kitchen amenities/appliances and nice toiletries. The rest of the house was pretty clean. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and gathering with family!

Graduation trip

This is a great place to stay in Duluth. Lots of space, a nice kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shops in Lincoln Park. We were in town for UMD graduation and it was an easy drive down to Amsoil Arena. Communication with property management was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Duluth Getaway

We had heard such wonderful things about Duluth. Beautiful and Peaceful getaway. Drove North for even more beauty. Condo was close to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. So much to do in the area. We will be back for sure!

Girls Weekend Trip

They are very thorough in contacting before the trip. We had a slight water issue (frozen line) with the main floor bathroom, and was promptly addtrssed with a handyman at the property within 2 hours.

It was a perfect space for me and my friends! It was in a good and safe location. Only issue was finding the building at first, as one of the addresses given was wrong. Very ideal that two complimentary parking spots were given.

Great location, Easy access to Spirit Mountain

Came in for a ski weekend. Perfect location with lots of great food options within walking distance or just a short drive away. Very well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, and plenty of towels… such a nice touch to not have to bring or purchase these things. Easy check in and check out, would definitely recommend any time of year.

Superb location with edgy, clean, extremely comfortable and over-the-top accommodations

This unit far exceeded expectations. It was incredibly spacious, pristine, and offered plenty of space and comfort. MUCH larger than expected. We LOVED the location and convenience to so many walkable attractions. The host provides everything you can imagine! Comfy bedding/pillows, body care and a kitchen better equipped than my own. The only mention anyone should be aware of is that you can EASILY hear your neighbors and minor street noise. This did not bother us at all, but if you are sensitive to sound, perhaps not your place. (I, however, would think you are missing out)I am looking forward to my next stay.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and a short drive to other parts of the city! We loved the vibe of the place and it was a great updated take on a very old building. Everything was fabulous, we will definitely be back!

Convenient location. Cute house. Easy to get a hold of management. Sleeps 5 plus two couch crashes. One of the rooms got so hot it was uncomfortable and we couldn’t turn the heat down or the main floor would be too cold. Other than that it was really nice.

The location of this property was within walking distance to a couple of breweries and restaurants. The property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Check in was easy and communications with property management was via text and they were responsive.
