This was our families first Holiday vacation and we really enjoyed the beautiful condo we rented, we went device free and played all the board games offered, we had a great time tossing darts, playing foosball and even trying out the hook ring game, the bedrooms were beautiful and spacious. My favorite part was the little coffee bar that made me feel like a Barista, We used the kitchenette to host a small Thanksgiving dinner and we enjoyed watching the snow fall in soft flurries all over Downtown Duluth and the lake side. The app made it so easy to communicate with our hosts, this get away was such an amazing time to reconnect with one another and we will definitely be back.

Lovely space for a multigenerational vacation. Plenty of room to relax together and separately. In the heart of Canal Park and close to so much. Leave your car in the included private lot and walk everywhere.

The Brix is such a beautiful space to stay while visiting Duluth. The location was perfect for our short weekend in Canal Park. The space itself is a total dream, beautifully finished and clean. Amenities are great and the hosts are very accommodating. It was a total joy staying here. Highly recommend it!!

We stayed at the L'Etoile du Nord for a guy's trip and it couldn't have worked better. Comfortable, spacious, equipped with entertainment, in the center of the action: it was hard to ask for much more. The hosts communicate readily and well. I would highly recommend the property!

Get ready for an amazing stay

The property and location exceeded my family’s expectations. We had space for everyone and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Plus, it is in walking distance of all the great spots in Canal Park and it’s a short walk to downtown. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Great property in the heart of Canal Park - plenty of room and accommodates special needs!

The entire process was a breeze! This was our 1st VRBO rental, and could not have been easier. We were looking for a property that would fit our unique needs - we have a special needs adult who requires 24-hour care and a good amount of medical equipment must travel with them...they need a lot of space for their wheelchair and many other items, and we had it to spare! The 3 bedrooms allowed multiple to family caregivers to have their own space to rest in, and then we could all gather in the common area to spend time together.The common area is awesome! From the multiple window seats, to foosball and darts, to the TV area, to the sitting and gaming areas...there's even a small desk if you needed to do a little work! We joked around that the dining counter was TOO big while we were trying to play cards! 10 people could very comfortably gather there. Having to navigate large wheelchair through the space was easily done! I can't tell you how incredibly valuable that is!The bedrooms were also very comfortable and large! The main bedroom was quite large, and our family member with medical needs was in the other king bedroom (a little smaller), but has its own bathroom. Each of the rooms have smaller TVs, and there's a larger TV in the common area.If I HAD to find a critique, it's that the HVAC system is LOUD. But is an old building and huge space and it kept it cool!We can't say enough good things about the property & the hosts! Not enough room here to sing the praises!

Perfect spot for a quick family trip

We had a wonderful time staying at The Brix. The location cannot be beat! Walkable to so many places in Canal Park. The rooms were spacious, clean and so comfortable. My mother, who requires a walker and wheelchair assistance was able to have space to move around the rooms, bathrooms and living areas. The kitchen was a fantastic spot to sit and snack and wine fridge was a huge plus. Would recommend to anyone and will be looking to book again in the future! Thank you!
