"There needs to be someone who can respond to a question. I was stuck there because of the blizzard, so ASAP I was inquiring whether we could extend or not but we had checkout the next day. Didn’t hear back until we had already left and had to find a hotel nearby. "

"No realizan limpieza diaria de las habitaciones ni cambio de toallas que ya se encontraban bastante gastadas, el sistema de calefaccion a lass 4 de la mañana comienza a realizar muchos ruidos, y en el area donde nos toco hay una puerta de salida de emergencia para accesar y muy temprano la azotan muy frecuente, el personal muy amable y asistencia con el cuidado de maletas es genial, ubicacion centrica y segura"

"Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have."
