Great location for what we wanted to do!Air conditioner worked well for sleeping during warmer than expected temps this week. Host was responsive.Jane Doe Restaurant next door was a lively place with great happy hour and food!

Great location , love the area, 2 bedrooms but TV’s in bedrooms not working. Delayed response from host. Kitchenette is really just microwave and fridge. Very minimal.

Our family of five stayed 4 nights - this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We requested a rollaway bed which fit nicely in the living room corner. We also requested extra towels which were delivered the next day. Laundry in basement was convenient for our stacked travels. There was also a shared kitchen in the basement but we didn’t use it. In room mini fridge and microwave worked for our needs. It’s NYC so it’s hard to avoid noise (especially the night the Knicks won the championship!) but generally a quiet cross street close to the action.

Location is the best part of this rental. Just 2 blocks to Times Square. Loved: The old world charm of apartments. Didn’t Love:No sense of hospitality, not having a kitchen shouldn’t stop you from providing elevated coffee bar experience.

The Apartment could not have been in a better location in the city. It was easy to find - directions were clear, and we found the apartment to be clean and quite nice.

The beds were comfy. The sink would not drain so we had to use the bath faucet instead. Four towels were provided, another couple would have been nice. The location was wonderful and highlight of our stay. We will be back, thank you NYC!

The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and the beds are so very comfortable. The host is great with communication. We had the most wonderful time in New York City. We would stay at the apartment again if we should ever have the chance to visit again. I highly recommend this residence.

It was a great location, we felt safe and secure there, excellent that it was right near everything: bagels, right around the corner, and right down the street from the theater. Check in was easy. Con’s: needs a new living room couch.

Pictures were misleading. The couch was NOT a bed anyone can sleep on. No extra sheets. Asked for some and told they were in closet... they were not. Other bedroom could barely fit 2 people. Having 5 was tight.

This was a beautiful place to stay in a perfect spot in the city. The charm of the historic building was very nice. The views from the apartment were great as well. It is so close to many of the NYC favorites. We will definitely be back!

Christmas in NYC

Excellent location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Easy walk to Times Square, Broadway, shopping, and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we travel to NY!

There needs to be someone who can respond to a question. I was stuck there because of the blizzard, so ASAP I was inquiring whether we could extend or not but we had checkout the next day. Didn’t hear back until we had already left and had to find a hotel nearby.

Check in was super easy, we were able to get into our room a little early which was very helpful as we were traveling with three children. The couch is more of an old futon style - it was very uncomfortable with hard spots and poking springs. The beds were great, but I would not recommend more than four people staying. There is no kitchen available, even though it was in the listing. The listing also mentioned a washer/dryer, I think it may have been in the basement of the building but we didn’t feel safe/comfortable checking. We were only given four towels, even though five of us checked in. The elevators and hallways are extremely narrow and a little dirty, but the room was clean. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Times Square or 5th Avenue.

The location was amazing! Loved the 2 bedrooms and living area.Communication was challenging with host. Lost electricity in part of the apartment, lost hot water which turned out to be total building issue. They were fixed by the afternoon.
