The space was clean and roomy. The additional guest sleeping arrangements were limited and can be better described. We managed being work colleagues not able to share the bed in the loft.

The entrance code didn't work and we never received the code for the property. The host ghosted us and we were forced to scramble to find another place to stay.

This unit was looked beautiful on the listing but ultimately was a nightmare irl. I booked this spot for my bachelorette weekend and there was no hot water and the place has a roach infestation.When I tried to contact VRBO for a resolution they wouldn't give me a refund without "proof" but how do I show proof of cold water and roaches when I was so terrified I killed them immediately? Terrible service, do not waste your time.

It was a great location and very clean. There were quite a few things that were broken though. The sleeper sofa's both needed to be fixed since the legs were broken and they were wobbly. The main shade in the place was broken, so it did not roll down. Thankfully it was not sunny super early in the morning since it goes right into the living space where the kids were sleeping.

Exceptional apartment in an excellent location. Spacious and updated, it's a perfect place to relax between activities, spend time before your night out, and come back for a night cap with a view of the city. Host was very communicative and even allowed for early check in with us coming from out of town. Very amenable and friendly, will absolutely be staying here again!

Wonderful place to stay in an excellent location. Everything that you would want to do is within walking distance. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay in Manhattan! Oh - the bed is crazy comfortable too!

The penthouse was really lovely! I booked the space for a small group of friends to have a place to hang out and spend an extra night in the city after a work conference. Everyone remarked on how lovely and comfortable the space was! Check-in was very easy and the host gave us all the info we needed for a smooth arrival.

The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning.

The apartment was beautiful. It is centrally located to everything. The clerk in the lobby was very helpful. We appreciated having a place to store our luggage after checkout and before we could go to the airport. The place was just like the photos as advertised.

Location, location, location

This was my first trip to NYC and I had a blast! The property is in the perfect spot - it seemed like a 5 minute walk was all it took to get where I wanted to be. I was able to park directly in front of the hotel which was a relief and saved at least 40 a day for parking.
