Our stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment was decorated nicely and it was extremely cozy. The owners were very responsive and attentive to all questions. I definitely recommend and will visit and book with them again!!

The property is so charming and close to shopping, dining, etc. The apartment was comfortable and we loved the retro appliances. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again!

TL;DR: Poor communication, uncomfortable conditions, and excessive humidity. Overall, incredibly disappointed with our stay.I realized after booking that I hadn’t mentioned we were bringing our dog, so I immediately contacted the property owners and paid the required fee. Upon arrival, we found the door unlocked with an AC repairman (very kind) working inside. At no point prior to check-in were we told that maintenance would be happening.After informing the owners of what we’d walked into, I received only an automated reply and then a non-automated response at 2:06 AM. The repairman told us the AC unit in one bedroom would be out of service for our entire stay unless they came back mid-stay to fix it—neither option acceptable, especially with zero advance notice.With that AC unit down, heat and humidity seeped into the rest of the space, leaving it damp, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The main AC unit ran constantly and loudly through the night, making sleep difficult. To top it off, I found burrs/spurs in the “makeup” towels while washing my face.Finally, the listing states there is a “garden,” but in reality, it’s just a large gravel lot. The lack of communication, misleading listing details, and poor condition of the property turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

AC was broken in half the unit the entire time, 3 technicians came and were unable to repair during our stay. The temporary solution was unsafe, and the agreed upon refund took multiple follow-ups—uncomfortable stay in extreme heat. It's cute, good location, but looks bigger in the pictures.

We had an amazing and seamless stay! There were a plenty of towels, great WiFi and AC! It was extremely easy to find the VRBO and access it in a great location. Highly recommend!

we needed a larger table to play cards and dominoes for 4.stairs were difficult for husband with bad knees. All else was good , enjoyed the porch for tea in the mornings.

Comfortable, cute and convenient

Great place, comfy beds, close to coffee shop, and a short nice walk to King Street. We watched movies at night, assembled snacks in the nicely appointed kitchen, stopped at a little market nearby for re stocking. Would come back here again, it was just right, made our trip fun and easy to get around in Charleston.

Great place, stairs need work

So starting with the pros:Location! Parking! Neighborhood deli! Floor plan with 2 very nice baths, cute decor, adorable fridge and nice appliances, good AC.Comfy beds, well equipped. Great value. Cons: The stairs are steep, narrow and some spindals were unattached. I would be afraid someone will get hurt sooner or later.

Lovely Spot

Loved this little apartment. 2 bed and 2 bath fit our needs perfectly as a family of 4. Apartment was clean. Nice touch with fresh ground coffee available as well as a washer and dryer in unit. It is on the 2nd story so would not recommend to older adults that would have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Plenty of parking and great access to downtown Charleston in under 10 min by car. The AC worked great, the linens were plenty. You have to get your coffee and lattes from Bad Bunnies one block away! All in all would highly recommend and would definitely book again when visiting Charleston.

Charleston gem

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Communication with the host was easy and smooth from start to finish; they were responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was ideal for our group of four—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Great location!

We had an overall fantastic stay! Communication with YourPAD was amazing! Probably the best I’ve dealt with on VRBO. The place was very clean, everything worked, fully stocked with everything we needed. Location was awesome, very walkable, and close to coffee shops and restaurants. The only “negatives”, as another guest said, there is no where to place your luggage other than the floor. Being a family of four, we had bags all over, even into the family room. With that being said, I think the space is maximized the best it can. We would def stay here again!

Charleston Getaway

Family trip to see our Son's Citadel Rec Day Ceremonies. The Location was excellent. The room was great! Our only wish would be for TVs in both bedrooms.

Comfort and Location

Great location to walk to restaurants and the downtown area of Charleston. The facilities were charming, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.
