"First impressions are great. The branding and the interiors are spot on. Everywhere looked beautifully clean and the mattress and duvet was slightly softer and more comfortable than those at Mollie’s Oxford the night before. There’s plenty of free parking and of course the diner next door. Good idea ..."

Bad Experience…
"It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay ..."
