Beautiful home in Cape Coral

Gorgeous home and area. We were very happy with furnishings and items provided.BIG disappointment was with property mgr, Remy, who was aware that pool pump was not operating correctly, but didn't fix after numerous texts. The pump not only allows the pool to skim/clean, it also is forces the water to flow over edge, which is quite a big issue for an infinity pool. One of our main reasons for choosing this home was the infinity pool. Villa Palm Experience

We stayed at this property last year as well and had all the same experiences as before. The poll area is great, the kitchen is huge and well stocked with all the appliances one could need, and the living and sleeping space is more than enough! Great overall experience again!

Beautiful house

House was great. Communication with property manager could have been so much better. Check in was done 2 days after we got there. Power went off 3 times and had no flashlights. Power filter slow working, contacted manager, never heard back until check out time.

Wonderful house

Cape Coral het away!

The house was absolutely Gorgeous! Well equiped, everything was there for you. Just pick up food and relax! We Loved it! Very quiet area! Peaceful and relaxing! The Master Bath was fantastic! We WILL be back!

Better than expected!

This property exceeded all our expectations! We loved our stay at this house. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. Esters and Remi was helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home but Disappointed

The listing is not honest. The boat club advertised in the listing is not open and the beach there is over crowded and dirty. The property management was contacted a day prior to arrival and no response. Upon arrival the grill tank was empty and we had to try several retail places to find a refill. Then the grill did not work, it would not get to temperature to cook our food. I spent over an hour cleaning up dead foliage around landscaping by the pool and under the lounge chairs. We kindly looked past all that with no complaints. Be sure to update your listing before you arrive, apparently they charge per person and will send you a bill if you bring additional guests. Again house was nice but we expected all the amenities advertised, especially if you are gonna to come back and charge more after we depart. We specially chose this place based on the location to the beach and boat club and the use of an outdoor kitchen. They use a ring camera to watch you come and go and count your guests.

Exceeded expectations!

The house and location were as advertised. Lovely home filled with everything one could need. Location was better than expected. Neighborhood was very quiet. Pool and lanai was a great relaxing spot. Spotted some dolphins in the canal from a seat in the lanai. the only small issue was the living room furniture was uncomfortable. Other than that our stay at Villa Palm Residence was awesome! The property manager Remy was very helpful and there when needed. Looking forward to our next visit.

Das Haus war perfekt, sauber etc. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Remy super freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Auch die Buchung an sich unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter top.

Beautiful house exactly as described with great location and gorgeous pool

We stayed 1 week with another couple. The house was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We did add a cooler for future guests to use. The power was off at the dock for repairs, so Remy graciously added solar lights our 1st day there. Our only complaint is that we're were not given advanced notice that the dock would have many of tje boards repaired and then stained. This made it very uncomfortable and loud lounging by the pool and rendered the dock unusable for 4 hours due to the work crew there for 3 and an hour to dry. We were not able to leave on the boat early enough to make it out to Cabbage Key. With proper notice we simply would have planned accordingly. When one only has 6 full days of vacation, this was quite upsetting.

Very clean, good location, good communication

Our family of four stayed 10 days over Christmas and New Year at this home. Highlights… The home is immaculately clean. This is not an easy task with lots of glass tables, granite countertops, and sparkling stainless everywhere. The cleaning crew must be amazing! The property manager, Remy, was helpful. He not only showed us how all the controls for the pool and hot tub worked he also saved my sanity when I realized this is what I call a “basic home,” meaning they don’t supply more than one pod for laundry, one pod for dish soap, one roll of paper towels, etc. Commonly referred to as a “starter pack.” I didn’t see this in the listing so I wasn't prepared to go out and shop right before Christmas. However, since this is becoming more common in rental homes it didn't seem like a big deal until I had already braved the crazy Christmas crowds and purchased everything I thought we needed for the house only to realize on Christmas Eve that we had one garbage bag and no hand soap. Remy came to the rescue and not only delivered the items on that day but apologized for the inconvenience. This little act of kindness meant the world to me in my stressed state. What needs improving… The house itself is very nice, however, the kitchen tools need some work and updates. For example, we tried to open a can with the one can opener in the house, sadly it was so rusted it wouldn’t cut through the can and we had to pry it open. The few frying pans that are available are unfortunately rusty and give off pieces of “stuff” when you cook. Overall we found we needed to improvise on many kitchen basics when cooking. The good news is that in the big picture, these are little things that can be remedied quickly with a quick inventory and a shopping trip. From my experience, the owner is easy to work with, fair, and honest. Given this and the fact that the house is very nice and amazingly clean, I would recommend renting this property for your next trip to Cape Coral!

A Piece of Paradise

The property was more awesome than what the pictures provide. The property has all the comforts of home and sits in a quiet neighborhood. The morning sunrises are spectacular by the infinity pool with the canal right there. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet by the pool, and just relaxing during the day and enjoying some of the local restaurants at night. Looking to schedule another week next year at this same property.

Electricity beware!

The house was super clean and very nice. However, do beware of the electricity. We were not there the majority of the time. Only evenings with only the nook light on and even then went out 3 times at night and still somehow ended up owing $89 extra.

Super Villa in Cape

Wir haben die Ferien in der Villa super genossen. Es war alles in top Zustand. Neben dem genialen Pool ist die Lage ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Mit dem Boot ist man schnell auf dem River und kann so die verschiedenen Ausflugspunkte gut erreichen.

Great Location

Overall the place and location is great. There were a few minor things they could do to improve, there was no welcome book or specific instructions. They are in need of a few bigger fry pans, dish rags, napkin holder, large plastic tray to bring food ect outside. A few other things that didnt really bother us, and I am sure Remy would have fixed, were the master bath toilet was running the entire time we were there and one of the smoke detectors would randomly beep. We didnt have any kids with us, but there are two dock boards that should be fixed. One other note, the pool guy comes once a week at 12:00 and then you have to stay out for 2 hours because of the chemical. Overall, I would still recommend this home, its really close to everything and there are dolphins off the dock and good fishing. The bikes are great too.

Would stay here again

Great place and location -- all the amenities one would need and loved the one level living. Big closets and lots of storage. The boat rental was amazing, highly recommend. We did have a few issues such as the lack of outside lighting poolside and it was too dark at night to be outside comfortably. Also the propane was empty for the grill and the hardware rusty so we couldn't grill and that was disappointing but overall, I would definitely stay here again -- great place!

Family vacay

So the place was very nice and pictures are spot on. We loved the little tiki top and chairs on the dock - even saw a couple of dolphins very cool. Our only suggestion would be to inform people upfront especially the fall and winter guests that they can be potentially charged extra monies for needing the pool and hot tub heated. I completely understand why one would do this , but informing before we decided to rent would have been nice. We were given instructions that the property manager would come do a walk thur explaining every thing and how to make money saving decisions on the pool and hot tub. Information said “ someone would come next working day “ which would be Monday. We did not use pool or hot tub Saturday or Sunday not heated and instructions said someone would come on Monday. Remy was a bit put out with me because we didn’t call him on Sunday so we could use the amenities but when I explained what our instructions said he understood. He was helpful in getting pool and hot tub ready. The tv in 2nd bedroom didn’t work - he tried but no go. All in all the house was nice just need to be up front with what’s expected of renters and sanibel island is lovely.

Great Location & Amazing Boat

The location of this property is perfect for shops, restaurants and access for boating. The house is well stocked with all the necessary supplies. There are pool and beach toys available for kids to utilize. We did rent the boat which was phenomenal and we would recommend doing that to anyone. The boat is nicer and larger than the ones you can rent (which we have done before in Cape Coral). We would definitely stay at this property again.
